4 months agoI had an oil change last week but it was raining so I went back today drove a half hour because I really wanted the inside cleaned. I used the coupon for inside and out to be washed. Well I was watching them do the inside there were 4 people doing it. Well when I got home I was trying to figure out what they really did in the inside. At this time it was not even busy 1 other couple had their car there. Well I got my cleaning supplies out and did it myself. We have been going hear for a long time but thinking maybe we should just start doing it my our selves.2 weeks agoSo happy for all the hardworking team members. My truck was a mess and it turned out better than what I expected because I neglected my truck for months. With all these new places popping up in the valley but don’t forget who actually does the best job and I didn’t have to clean the inside myself.in the last weekJust had my 2016 Subaru Forester work vehicle detailed inside and out. The results were unbelievable! It looks like a brand new car. I had spilled a cup of coffee with coconut oil on the passenger seat years ago and they got that stain out. My husband is a clean freak and even he was amazed by the results. I can not recommend Clearwater enough!2 months agoThis place..! Let me tell you..! First time customer and last time customer!! I usually have my oil change done with my mechanic but thought well Clearwater is open and my mechanic is closed Saturdays. No issues with the oil change end of it…but the full service cleaning I thought hey why not give it a go..! Never again….!!!! I wasn’t expecting it looking like it’s been detailed but apparently they truly didn’t even do any part of there jobs…not even wiping down the dash to get rid of dust! Vacuum…nah we’ll just skip that part too..maybe he won’t notice! I paid for a service I didn’t receive…! Spent an hour when I got home cleaning my vehicle they way it should have been!!! Clearwater has zero standards and nobody double checking the so called work performed..!!a week agoTHIEFS! Employee stole something from my vehicle.. when I went back to ask them about it. They pretended to not know anything and then magically came up with it saying it was in the trash…. what they stole was absolutely not garbage. And then to top it off actual garbage was sitting in the trunk.. not impressed at all.

5 months agoWe drive across town to come to this car wash! The deals they have for cash payments end up being something like 45-55 minutes for maybe 10 bucks!!! Love love love love this place! So much when there was a rip in the dryer hose we climbed on the car to tape it up!! Never change Shiny!!a month agoUsed do it yourself. Great pressure awesome soap coverage. Love you can use a credit card and not have to keep plugging quarters. The blowers could use a little work.a month agoDrive just a little further down the road.. You will not be disappointed! All the times I felt compelled to leave this place a 5 star review over 6 years.. Glad that never happened! Has been truly sad to see this place succumb to neglect and poor maintenance. Truly sad to see what the braided hosed in the self wash bay did to my hand.. and to my fng paint :(.. Thats on top of dirty bays of which both coin acceptors jammed.. Who this guys insurance agent? Guess we will find out when this hose REALLY ruins someone’s day..4 months agoThis is my favorite place to get a car wash! It actually takes off all the accumulated grime around the edge of the windshield, and it does it consistently. I wish the soft touch side was open at night, but the touch free does a great job.a month agoVacuums aren’t the best or most powerful but overall good place to go. You can wash your car yourself or go through the automatic car wash. Also have a dog washing station

Extremely disappointed in the quality of service. I paid for the $26.99 cleaning. I can’t say they vacuumed the space; the floors were clearly ignored. I came home and vacuumed it out myself. A portion of the dashboard and console area wasn’t cleaned either. Also, because I have an SUV they charged an extra $1 at the register. The guy who checked me in could have shared this information when I told him what service I wanted. I have no problem paying the extra dollar, but they should be forth coming about it. I would not go back. I’ll go down the road and pay $5 for the outside and clean the inside myself. That way I know at least it was cleaned. Never again. Rest assured, I’ll be sharing my disappointment with others.
Got a car wash here today, was guided into position. They sprayed my vehicle down and turned the conveyer belt on I hear a loud sounds and looked in the rear view mirror and saw 3 guys holding hands over their face and a manager came over and came to my window and asked me to move my car up more. I asked what was wrong and he said nothing. During the hole car wash I heard weird tire sounds. As soon as I leave my car starts making weird suspension sounds from the back left tire. I pulled around and mentioned it and asked what happened and they proceeded to tell me nothing that they just had their hands over their face because they don’t like loud sounds. Not only did they obviously mess up but they took no accountability and lied to my face. I do not recommend anyone goes here.
Love the quick oil change but the quality of the clean is not great at all; doesnt appear like they wiped down anything on the interior of the doors or even vacuumed the seats. Not worth the money if you ask me.
I normally don’t post reviews but I went here today to get my car cleaned out and a car wash. This was horrible. Nothing was wiped down, and I still had wrappers in my car as well. I had to come back home and rewipe everything down and finish getting wrappers out of my car along with re vaccumming my floors. For the price I paid I’ll gladly keep cleaning my own car.
This was the worst full service car wash ever. The windshield and touch screen were not cleaned. The rest of the windows were all streaks. I had to ask the attendant to clean the floor mat that was missed. Terrible job.
