After months of use I have a ton of fine scratches in my paint! If you use this place regularly check your front and rear bumpers and I’ll bet you have the same problem. They need new brushes. It has been great every time. And never ever has the 10 minute rule been applied when I’ve gone here. If you didn’t enforce it for years, then why enforce it now This time though, Right after I park an employee comes and places cones down in the lanes next to me. They then take out the trash right next to me, then shut down my vacuums mid use. If they wanted me to move, ASK ME. Don’t turn them off mid use when I was only able to get the right side of my car vacuumed not even fully. Also change your equipment because I’m very sure it is scratching me and others cars up! DO BETTER.12 months agoThe car wash broke my side mirror. They didn’t care. Poor customer service. Nobody was even working the front desk at the time when I tried to alert them about it. And my car is less than a year old so it’s not exactly like it should be prone to this.

a month agoI went through the car wash on Saturday 09/02/23. The conveyor belt stopped working mid-carwash. There were several cars inside at the time and we all had to figure out way out. I was supposed to receive a refund for $10 which still hasn’t happened although the card wash attendant says they refunded my card. Not true! This is the 2nd bad experience I’ve had with this car wash and I assure you it’ll be my last. They last time it was a poor quality inside cleaning of my car. I don’t recommend Fuller Car wash on Ogden in Aurora. It’s a cheap wash but the service end is lacking. They’ve apparently decided to keep my $10. These are not reputable people.2 months agoDO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS HERE, BAD SERVICE AND THEFT.Went in for a wash and $90 detailing service. My car was returned to me barelt vacuumed and with an unpleasant smell. To top it off, after I got to Aldi I realized ALL of my change was missing from my center console. I called and spoke to the manager, he said the worker said there was only a little change there and it was sticky so he vacuumed it up. This is not true, there were several dollars in change there and it was not sticky. I explained this to the manager and was just told “well I didn’t see it”.
Also, they “vacuumed” but gave my car back looking like this.
4 months agoI’ve been looking for a place that offers a basic full-service car wash ever since Paul and Bill’s in Aurora changed hands and went downhill. After going to this Fuller’s yesterday, I can say that this is not the place. The pricing is not straightforward on the screen when you drive up for the exterior car wash, and the clerk charged me $20 to wash 4 floor mats and then didn’t tell the workers to wash them. I almost left before realizing they weren’t done. Today I took my husband’s car to Tower Car Wash in Batavia, and they did his 4 mats for $5 total. A much better experience all the way around.a year agoGuys are crooks, unfair business practices. I signed up for carwash on a rental I had for 3 weeks. When I signed up I specifically asked and told them it’s a rental and I want to sign up for just a month the lady who took my information said no problem we will just cancel it next month and it’s $9.99 for unlimited wash. I signed up thinking it’s $9.99 but saw a charge for $14.99 on my card I really didn’t care extra $5 they changed me. Here a month later I am looking @ my credit card statement and I see $34.99 charge!!! I go to the store told the whole story the guy behind the register tell me the card was charged 4 days ago and nothing he can do but to just keep using the service I told him it was a rental I signed up just for a month and it’s supposed to be $9.99 to begin with he was not helpful cancel the membership but refused to refund. UNETHICAL PEOPLE & BUSINESS more of a SCAM4 months agoRun away!!! These guys forgot to put the skid plate back on after oil change and left their rags on the motor. Had to drive all the way back, since we noticed after we got home. Had tires rotated and never saw the truck get off the ground!! Don’t think that happened either. But charged $127 !! Never again.

This is the BEST automatic car wash within a 30 mile radius. I’ve been going here for close to 10 years, and nobody compares. The wash arches do a great job, and the dryers are phenomenal. Always leave my car dry and clean! I had to move recently, and this car wash will be missed! Until they decide to build one where I’m at!
Not a bad car wash especially the monthly Jetbrite Pass would recommend, my only issue complaint would be the heat drying at the end of the car wash. It either doesn’t dry well and leaves water marks everywhere on the car or your to close to a car in front of you and all the water from that car gets sents on to your car when going through the heat dryers, other then that not bad.
The guy directing us into the car wash didn’t have a care in the world and didn’t direct you to get your wheels lined up well with the rail system so the wheels got banged around, luckily no damage. The car wash itself is fine but their dryers are HORRIBLE. The car was still soaking wet when we pulled out but when I visit their other locations, the car is almost completely dry. BRING SOME TOWELS!
The lines were long and slow moving. It’s a good wash, but my goodness, the wait was horrible and the customer service is questionable. Even waited a long time after I got to the gate, even though I’m a “Club Member.” Come On!
(Edit: Updated from 3 stars to 5 stars after the owner updated their Google listing to reflect the latest prices.) The wash is fine but the cheapest wash option has increased from $3 to $5 but the “Services” description on the Google listing for this location still says it’s $3. It would be nice if the owner would update this to reflect the actual pieces.
