5 months agoSo far I am please . Would be nice to have a stronger vacuum for the price they ask . It’s a bit steep when other states have carwash care with better and stronger equipment.a month agoI’ve used Kaddy for the past 20 years and the past 10 with this model car which has runners and never had problems. Today, the car was NOT clean. The overhead brush did not come down the clean the top or rear of the car. I was told the brush is not used because of the runners. The attendant apologized for the “inconsistency” over the years because that’s they way they always done it. INCORRECT. I have never NOT had the brush come down on any of our cars with runners over the past 20 years. To add insult, NONE of the vacuums had any suction. I’ve never been so disappointed with Kaddy other than when they discontinued the hand dry and polish.a month agoVacuums are not very powerful and requires extra time and effort to clear out debris. The nozzle is too big and doesn’t clean out nooks and corners – in most car washes I have been there are 2 types with one being big n other for small corners and nook. The drying is majorly lacking and leaves a lot of water all across glasses and rear. Rear washing itself was lacking. The only good thing was thr staff who was super courteous. Unfortunately this is the best among the lot nearby so though is OK it seems that it’s your best bet.Took the $10 wash for a sedan
11 months agoHad my car washed here today, it looks great! I’ll definitely be back. They even looked my car over beforehand for any issues and handed me my back Hops magnet as a precaution from falling off during the wash. I also used the vacuums to clean the inside and car mats, noticed that if the first 3 vacuum spots are being used there are numerous others to the left, opposite the pay booth.6 months agoGood place to get vehicle washed. Tundra driver forgot one is supposed to stop before entering roadway and needs to yield to traffic already on road. Car wash good, driver needs refresher course.

a week agoSuper friendly and professional staff. The wash is quick and does a great job. I recommend having a microfiber towel and pull in the vacuum area which is free by the way and wipe off the car. And always do the ultimate wash the extra things you get here is well worth the extra $5. You get more polish and wheel guard and the ceramic that goes at the end does wonders for your car. Anyways I love the staff here The excellent workers are always going the extra mile for you. I highly recommend this Kaady.2 months agoVery quick and does not wash good. For $15 it has tire cleaning as well. On top, you have free vacuum for 10 minutes.5 months agoThis is easily my favorite automated car wash facility. The free vacuum service after the wash is a huge bonus. They offer several spaces with vacuums and include a garbage receptacle in each one. Normally, you have to pull into a parking spot and have quarters on hand to use the vacuum, and only get a couple of minutes before reloading more quarters to use a hose that has been duct-taped with minimal suction. Kaady regularly inspects their vacuum equipment, and I’ve never had an issue. I highly recommend if you’re in the area.2 months agoWe have a new electric car, and had difficulty putting it into neutral. The attendants were very patient and helpful in an embarrassing moment. The car came out beautifully clean as usual at this car wash.

I can’t even begin to describe how HORRIBLE this place was. They SCRATCHED my front windshield after they were done with my car and the scratch spans 2 feet across the right side of it. Even more they didn’t fully clean the car. The INTERIOR HAS DIRT all over the floor since they only cleaned my mats. And there is MUD in places that they simply DIDNT BOTHER TO WIPE OR CLEAN AWAY. Worst yet is their customer service as they are rude and simply don’t care about you. After they scratched my windshield I confronted the staff and front desk to see if they could fix it/do anything about it or if I could receive a discount or refund but they simply said they couldn’t do anything about it and walked away. I would NEVER come here again and you should save yourself from this place as well.
I took that Ultimate cleaning service. Except interior vacuuming and mat cleaning all other services are pretty worst.
I will not recommend my friends to go to this place.
It’s definitely hit and miss here. I’ve had good experiences before but today they did a poor job. Didn’t vacuum between seats or in the crevices, and broke one of my cd’s
I was there today and they did a half a$$ job. They didn’t was the 3rd row mat cause no one apparently didn’t want to push the button to lift the seat. When I left the tires looked decent til they dried and you can see the dry areas on all 4 tires. The last time I thought it wasn’t good and today I thought I would try it again and that’s it for me I will not go back. My grandkids can do a better job
The workers have always done a great job but today was a little Extra Great!!
At the start, where they take your order and do the initial vacuuming, the older gentleman paused and came over to us to return a 100 dollar bill that he found under the seat!!
