2 years agoClean and everything seemed to work. The car wash takes cash and card, but the vacuum only takes cash. There isn’t anywhere to pay card for exchange for cash for vacuum use. They offer self wash and auto wash options. It’s usually not super busy except for sunny weekends. Decent pricing and it does a great job. You can also handwash your own 🚗 vehicle.4 years agoThis Carwash is by far the best in town. Equipment is top notch and the Gloss Wax in the self washings bays is dispensed with warm water and the customer service is spectacular. I’ll explain. Once upon a time I pulled into a stall, started washing my car with high pressure soap, when I reached the next step of high pressure rinsing, the soap wouldn’t clear through the lines as my time ticked away. I had placed 10$ into the machine. Well needless to say I wasn’t able to finish in that bay so I had to spend another 10$ in another bay to finish.I looked up front for a way to contact someone. Found some cards. Left my name and number and a brief description and the following week I received a phone call. The guy on the phone apologized and informed me he was placing a 10$ bill into an envelope and by the end of the first week after the issue happened I received my money back and at that point this company earned my business for life.

4 months agoThe whole point of going to zeibart was so I wouldn’t have to do everything myself on my truck since my back is messed up. Absolutely awful work. Sealed in streaks that wouldn’t come off, scratched up my truck and left a couple deep scratches. Tried giving them a chance to fix it. Then ended up just wanting a refund since I’m fixing it myself at this point. They even admitted they scratched my truck and keep saying the dealership has to refund me but the dealership says the opposite. Save your money. Place is way too overpriced for what you get. They just damage cars and send them out looking like trash. There’s a lot better places than this.a month agoIf I could give 0 stars I would. This is the 2nd time I’ve taken my Jeep to this particular Ziebart despite being warned there is no parking & the work is sloppy. My first visit was for the maintenance package for detailing and ziebarting the outside. I couldn’t tell the inside had even been detailed and I was wiping wax off crevices for months. I returned a second time for window tint, rain guards and power steps. Windows are filthy, rain guards look decent so far. I wasn’t informed until 3 pm that the power side steps had a “defect” in the brackets. Owner is arrogant, rude & unprofessional. I feel bad for the gentleman that work for him. I was told it would be 6-8 weeks for new steps to get in and requested a credit back on my card. I’ll know tomm if my card was credited back or not because the “owner” had no idea how to do that and requested assistance from another gentleman. For someone that likes to spout off he is the “owner” he sure has no customer service skills nor knowledge of how to credit a card back. I will drive across town to a different Ziebart before I would ever return to this one. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau tomorrow. Save your time and go somewhere else!4 years agoI have to say the guys at Ziebart want to have the best customer service available. When an issue arrived they were quick to handle it and made sure that I was good to go. The management can’t always watch everything, I completely understand that. I’m glad that things were set right and I look forward to using your services again.2 years agoBrought my truck in for a rhino liner at Ziebarts in Bloomington. Not only were these guys quick with getting it done in one day, but they were very professional and fun to talk to. Great service and great end result. Will defiantly come back for some of their many other services and highly recommend!!a year agoI got the interior detailing package but NOT happy with the service I received. The interior did not look like a professional cleaning and I believe they just did vacuum than deep cleaning. I had also included in my package the leather seat cleaning and conditioning but did not get the feel that it was done because even after the service the seats did not have any shine or conditioning. When checking out I found the windows and trunk were not cleaned, and still had dirt and hair. I was told to leave the car and pickup next day. I picked up the car next day and found the trunk cleaned but windows still undone. I took the car back home then. NOT happy with the quality of work.

I was fortunate enough to get a flash sale that allowed me crew Unlimited car washes for 3 months. My car got very spoiled because it was getting washed every time I went to town. I may continue the crew Unlimited because $39.95 I get unlimited car washes for the month when the price for one car wash is $22.
First time in my life being stuck in a carwash, something seemed to malfunction, I think it might have been the customer in front of me that could not seem to figure out how to put their car in neutral, and then drove out prematurely. Regardless it took way longer than it should have, while I was on a time schedule, with a lot of stresses in my world. Not going to go there again.
I had never been to such an AMAZING automatic car wash..the employees explained how everything worked and were absolutely amazing!! My car looked new again!!! Love this place!!
I went to crew carwash a few weeks ago, and Arlo helped me pick the right package for me. He was super kind and helped me choose the Ultimate Unlimited package. He also was kind enough to walk me through the process.
The lady who took our payment drew a snail on my baby’s window. That just made our day:-)
