5 months agoI’m super picky about where I take my car, and I’ve had trouble finding a good car wash since I moved to Minnesota. I was really impressed with the service I received at Mister Car Wash. Everyone was extremely professional and attentive.My only negative (not enough of an issue to take a star away) would be that they could have done a slightly better job getting the bugs off of the windshield and front bumper. Other than that, they did a great job, were very careful, and treated my car really well. They also did a great job with the interior.
The facility itself is very nice, and incredibly clean. I will definitely be back.
4 months agoUpdate. Emailed company 5 days ago and they have not responded. Poor customer service on top of poor work.Paid nearly $50 for an interior clean, and it was hardly cleaned at all. Everything was covered in dust and dog hair still. They didn’t clean anything well besides floor mats. Absolutely will never go back
2 months agoI have a membership to Mister car wash, and for the most part, it’s been great, but I went to this location and needed the interior done. I was disappointed when I got in the car, and I noticed that they didn’t wipe down any of my dashboards or my door panels. Also, when I requested that, they wiped the inside of my car and my back window. The guy said something in Spanish, very angry, and walked away. Someone else noticed and came to help. I asked what he said, and they told me not to worry about it. we’ll help , so the rest of the team was great.3 months agoI must express my profound dissatisfaction with the exorbitant $20 expenditure on a car wash, followed by the manipulative coercion to give the crew a $5 tip, all while the car remains inadequately cleaned. One would reasonably expect the crew to inspect the vehicle’s condition before allowing the customer to leave. When inquiring about the disparity between the lower wash and the platinum, I received a dismissive response: “don’t worry, your car looks good.” This experience has left me feeling utterly swindled and disheartened.* I have now sent 3 emails to the email provided in response to my review and they haven’t responded to any.
4 months agoWhen we arrived at the automatic kiosk to pay, we were greeted by an employee. He guided us through our choices for our specific needs (we had a bug covered car). Not only did he check the “no tip” button before we could comment, he volunteered there was a coupon and saved us another $3. He couldn’t have been more pleasant and friendly as was the young lady who did the pre-wash. We had an excellent experience! Highly recommend.

3 months agoI’ve become a regular here since moving to south Minneapolis. I like it because it is on the way home for me. A few of the staff I see on a regular basis which is nice. The only thing I need to say is the new automated tire shine rollers installed earlier this year are not good. I called to let them know they need to adjust them and still nothing has been done or so it seems. I’ve changed my monthly package to one without tire shine. It’s a real pain driving 10 minutes home and it looks like I went through I bunch of mud due to all the tire shine being flung on the side of my car. I realize I am going to get this to a certain degree with it not being dry but when I use to go to the Apple Valley location all the time I didn’t have this issue. I am hoping someone from management sees this and takes the time to figure out and adjust the tire shine rollers at this location. It’s applying way too much. Specifically to the drivers side. See the photos for comparison of my drivers side to my passenger side after arriving home. Other than that staff here is always friendly/ nice and have no complaints.2 months agoExcellent service! I’m very impressed with how well organized and methodical they are with their detailing.3 months agoGot a car wash this past Tuesday morning 7/25.. one of the staff rode with my car done the line to clean the windows… I am still struggling to get the seat and mirrors back into position. I have a handicap and I had every thing where I wanted it to be comfortable.. Not happy that he did this..2 years agoExpensive for pretty bad quality. Bought the second highest package (aside from detailing). Was surprised they didn’t vacuum my trunk and my dash was still pretty dusty. I paid extra to have my rubber mats cleaned and those turned out okay. Overall would not recommend or repeat. Bummer.7 months agoSometimes, technology can be a little overwhelming. It was nice to pull up to the kiosk and have someone there to explain the different packages for my car wash. I definitely needed the top level one, and yes, it was a little pricy, but the service was out of this world, top-notch! I will never hesitate to use a service that understands what customer service really means! Thank you to Paradise car wash and all your staff. You do a really nice job.

Jimmy and the rest of the guys are first class – stopped in Saturday just before close and attempted to fix a flat. Unable to fix i quickly realized not one shop in the area had the 24” tire I needed. Jimmy had my spare installed and ordered up the replacement tire. Said I could leave my rim and he’d take care of it with a call around noon Monday. Sure enough he called as promised and said to stop at my convenience to have it mounted. Anything not under dealer warranty is headed to Bobby and Steve’s no question- thanks
Recently, I left work only to find a flat tire that was beyond repair. Decided to chance it and drove up the road to the Edina location. I made it there right as they were closing up. The man at the counter welcomed me and went on to deliver phenomenal customer service. He immediately checked with his staff to see if they could put a new tire on. Thankfully, they installed the tire and I was on my way very quickly.
Had he not chosen to help me I would have incurred a significant towing charge as I live outside of the Metro. THANK YOU SO MUCH, my fellow redhead, I really appreciate you!

My experience was mixed. I had a flat tire and needed help to rectify the situation. I had the vehicle towed to the Bloomington location. They made big deal about not having the key to get the car off the wrecker even though the wrecker guy said it wasn’t an issue. They chose to come get the key which ultimately was for their need not the wrecker..just tell the truth.
Chris was not incredibly sympathetic to the situation as the spare was not in the car and we needed to locate. I was not in a position to pay about $500 for new tires. He basically then told me I want this wrapped up by the end of the day. This rubbed me the wrong way. I am a customer..what happened to just plain kindness? And what exactly was going to happen if the car was there for a whole 24 hours. We will never use this location again. I have used other Bobby & Steve’s with much happier service and kindness! Also never a thank you when we took care of it and paid for the services provided as charged..just here’s your change. Customer service is NOT in their vocabulary.
This is one of the worst service I have received in my entire life. I was experiencing some unusual noise with my chevy equinox and decided to take it to Bobby & Steve, Bloomington location for service. I clearly articulated to them the problem with the car and they indicated they are overbooked for the day and should leave the car with them. Early the next day, I received a call from them saying the car has been diagnosed and they are going to address the issue for me. Jimmy, the guy who called me indicated the cost of the service will be around 850 dollars but I negotiated with him and it came down to 700 dollars. A couple of hours after our negotiation, he called and told me the car has been fixed and was ready for pickup. When I went to pick up the car, he again indicated that the noise is gone and you could barely hear anything. I made the payment and went straight to inspect the car. I realized that the noise was thrice what I was earlier experiencing. I asked why that was the case. He called a mechanic who went to check the car with me. Upon hearing the loud noise from the car, he started developing unfounded theories to justify what was going on with the car. I requested them to fix the car or refund my money. Jimmy said he will be discussing with management and talk to some employees since there was an error in documenting the issue with my car on their part. I gave him the key and left. The next day, he called and indicated I would need to pay about 4000 dollars to get the problem resolved and it was unfortunate they can’t refund my money since they made changes to the car.
Please do not take your car to this location for repairs. I am currently contemplating of seeking legal redress since this is total cheating. They either don’t perform proper diagnosis on cars or have unqualified mechanics to execute the job. STAY FAR AWAY from this location.
Dropped my vehicle off for an oil change and it was done quickly. They notified me by text and included a multi-point inspection report, which showed the transmission needed flushing, which was legit and I had them do it, and the battery (6 1/2 years old) failed a load test, which I decided to replace it myself. No pressure tactics to have any of the extra work done. After I paid, I got a code for a complimentary car wash.
