I use this car wash once a week, I have a membership. Today Chris (on-site manager) stated that my account would be terminated because I won’t put the sticker on my car I always hold it up they have a picture of my tag and of my car, I never had a issue. My account was just billed and he stated I wouldn’t receive a refund and my membership is terminated when I called the car wash to ask him about this matter He was rude!!!! Just lost a customer over this. Not customer friendly at all. Unacceptable!!!!

3 months agoDon’t ever use this car wash. It will rip your windshield wipers off. They post a warning about it before you go in just for that reason. Cancel the subscription for 3 vehicles after replacing $30 with of wipers. Great Job WhiteWater!a month agoVery easy process to pay and go through the wash! The only issues were the vacuum. They had very low suction and I had to go over some areas multiple times before all the dirt was removed.2 months agoI don’t know what Charles Guyden is talking about. But don’t pay any attention to what this loon is talking about. Clearly, his biggest problem in his life are some specks of dirt, sad life to live if you ask me. Nothing looks waxy, nothing looks “extra” and there’s a whole lot of dirt still left all over. Most of the back was hardly even cleaned. If this was a basic no frills wash for under $10 this might be less of a complaint, but this does not equate to top tier $18 “all the things” wash and I feel completely disappointed.2 months agoHorrible company! Ty horrible attitude didn’t care about the dirt not coming off didn’t care to hear about the problem!! His only concern was was getting back in the bay and using the brush to wash the front of your car off no soap really on your car!! Honestly a lot of turn overs the others!! Absolutely the worst car wash I have ever gone through in my life! I spent $24 to come out of the car wash with a soap covered back window and tires that looked like I had taken a Swiffer to them. I complained to the Person that came flying out of the office when I walked up and their response was yeah that happens with 4Runners. She offered to let me take my vehicle through the wash again, but if that happens to forerunners on a regular basis, then why waste my time! Never again!
Was a Great day Zips today. I was lucky to get a good Promo Deal on a Premier Membership for only $10 while offer last. I’m super happy it was available still. I also received extra service from Charlotte and Sarah as they helped me to remove some nasty bugs from my bumper. They went above and beyond and I thank Zips for hiring them both. Sarah and Charlotte are both Outstanding employees!
I travel the whole state of Arkansas and the Tulsa territory, and this Zips always exceeds my expectations. Susan is always a joy to see.
