2 months agoI have been going here for a few years it’s a good wash and reasonablely priced! The employees are always 😎 too! They have good vacuums and towels with glass and interior cleaner! Automatic mat washer too! The membership is very reasonable too! The Manager waited on me today and he was pretty on top of things!a month agoI honestly was not impressed. I bought the $16 car wash that had a presoak(which was just for 30 seconds before entering the car wash) there were still bugs and smudges all over my car. That car was was also supposed to include a tire shine when I touched my rim my finger still came off black. Was not impressed with the vacuums power and how they only had one with the wider head, so it couldn’t get into any smaller places. I left and went to another car wash and cleaned it myself. Was definitely a waste of $16. When I looked at other cars that had gone through I saw smudges and bugs still on their car too. Shouldn’t have to spend another 15mins cleaning the outside of my car!2 weeks agoTook our modified car into the car wash asked if it would be ok. The worker said it would be safe cracked my front bumper and lip splitter due to my car being low we addressed that to the worker before going through. The damage was done after the wash, we reported it did a damage report and still have not heard back from management or follow up from high up definitely disappointed.4 months agoJohnny was amazing!! I do the top of the line monthly car washes so my car is always clean as I am an uber driver. Johnny walked up asked what I thought of the car wash, I explained I like everything except the wash doesn’t clean my rims very well ….he jumped to it go on his hands and knees and personally cleaned my rims!! Great employee and great customer service!!4 months agoThis used to be the car wash that we would go to however, over the years, the quality has not been the same. We went today and we paid for the $22 car wash and as we go through, we noticed there were no soap/car wash detergent dispensed. We parked and walked inside the office, the manager isn’t there but there are 2 teenagers working. We let them know there were no detergents dispensed and they just told us “that’s the maintenance issue” so if this is a known issue, why are you not addressing the issue and letting cars go through? We paid $22 for car rinse??? I don’t normally gave bad review but whoever manage this location needs to know that you can’t let just 2 teenagers working with no manager. When asked if we can get a refund, one of them said, the manager needs to do it but it will be refunded. We even asked for a receipt to show that the refund will go back to us, the response given is their printer is broken too. So they need maintenance and IT to come and help them. Luckily, Thornton now have more than just one car wash.

I thought I had cash in my vehicle. Found out my child took it. I asked where I can leave leave the tip so I can go pull it out of the bank. It just felt akward trying to communicate after that. I got there at 2:30 p.m. and was driving away at 5:20 p.m. on a Friday. I did get detailing (shampoo my seats & vacuum) & was happy there was air conditioning inside, comfy couches and I was able to read my book. If I didn’t have my book, I’d have gone stir crazy. Cost $160, which I thought was OK because I’d never had my car detailed before, but was later by others that the cost was over the top. I was bummed to see not all my dogs hair was vacuumed from corners & crevices. They also have a bulldog inside the office – at times my dog and I would go outside, when they would let their bulldog out.

Ernesto, the manager of this car wash was very friendly and helpful! He gave me a free wash and was assuring in that I could get a wash even though I had lost a clip in my front bumper. Very professional and nice! I’ll be coming back here again and again. The vacuums were very strong and got all the dirt and debris out of my carpet. The mat wash did an excellent job and the station with clean rags for wipe down after the wash was such a nice touch!
This is one of the best drive-through car washes I’ve been through so I wanted to give them a kudos. A full service car wash is always nice but it’s also nice to have between option at a fraction of the price with some of the same perks. I think the self-service complementary detail center is a nice touch. It allows you to clean up your own interior without bringing a bunch of extra supplies. I also just found out that they have compressed air to help clean out the nooks and crannies, which is one thing I really like about a full service car wash, but could never find at a self-service car wash. I also always felt like the prior ownership group was a little bit pushy in terms of sales. The Take 5 guys are always very pleasant and don’t overly sell the services. Good stuff and nice to have a place like this that is local.
Quick car service /wash. I didn’t use all services offered. I paid $20 but don’t think it really cleaned my front window that well. Also no one really wipes the windows afterwards so I had to get out of the car. Not a huge thing but other places offers that which is a wonderful extra services. My 3 star is based on basic quality provided along with pricing. People were nice and it was a quick wash and no line the time I went. This was all OK. I will try a few other places nearby though and see what their services and price is.
Alexia was welcoming, helpful, and cheerful. She explained everything to me – I’d never been before – and then checked again with me later. Her customer service skills are great! The car wash worked fine, and the free vacuums and detailing equipment were a real plus.
