3 months agoGreat place, always nice and good cleaning.. they also go the extra mile in making my daughter feel special with a lollipop and window art!!8 months agoPrices just keep going up. Will probably find a new carwash or start doing it myself. Also I noticed a lot of scratches on the driver’s side roof and above the driver’s window. This is the first time this happened at this car wash. Thankfully I have an older car with other minor cosmetic issues but if this was a new car it would have been extremely upsetting. So just beware that this is a mechanical carwash and things like this could happen. I don’t think I would ever take a new car to this type of carwash. I’ll take pictures and update my review. Ok I put the photo below. These scratches definitely look like they came from one of the roller brushes.a month agoIt would be a lot better if they concentrated on scrubbing the bugs off the windshield than the other parts of the car that don’t have the bugs. But overall I guess it’s better than having the dirty car.4 months agoWent to get my car washed 6/2/23 in the evening got the ultimate package, didn’t get a receipt. Car went through got “washed”, then went to vacuum it, thought it looked good for the most part (while wet). I left to get gas and it dried looking like it hadn’t gotten washed at all, went back to let them know, the ladies at the front said because I left I couldn’t get it rewashed because of policy. Bad service!Edit. I called the number in their comment and left a voicemail, got no response. So as I said before, bad service!
3 months agoNickeling and diming has gotten so absurd they wouldn’t give an extra dash wipe after I bought the upgraded wash, a towel, and an air freshener. I asked for an extra wipe but they’d sell me 2. Enough already! I set a goal to spend my next $100 on car washes anywhere else, and I plan to find somewhere customer centric. Not sure what the wipe cost you, but I’m going to make sure it’s worth somewhere between a $100 loss in revenue and a lost customer.

2 weeks agoIts okay. They never get the bird poop. Edit today one scrubber boy the other was in the middle of the bat with thumb up butt doing nothing. Adding before after pictures end pics are after you can still see bird poop.2 years agoGreat place for a car wash. It is conveniently located off of Sunnyside and Herndon. The prices have gone up due to inflation but you still get the same choices as far as a newspaper or a baggie or a car air freshener. They have three packages and you can also be a member.Definitely stop by if you need a quick car Wash and you also have vacuums available. This is by far the best franchise for car washes.
6 years agoI would give this a 5 for quality. But my one issue is that they allow people to stay in the drying stalls for 25 minutes, even while people wait or leave. And the loud music rule isn’t followed either. Beside those 2 things, this place is pretty good. They will wash your car twice if the first pass wasn’t sufficient. They sell pass cards for a month of washes which speeds me through. And the machines seem to be pretty gentle on the car. Ive tried tipping the prewash guys, but i stopped after getting sprayed in the face a few times. Good car wash, good pricing!5 months agoVery disappointed had to go thru twice. 1st time left soap on it and 2nd time front of car still have mosquitoes. So the workers thar scrub don’t do a good job and the car wash either… too bad because they do have alot of customers and I hope this only happen to me.4 months agoOverall great. Never exit with a dry car unlike like Ride & shine. And they charge for the mat cleaner but free at Ride & Shine.

I payed $54.65 for a car wash for the top of the top package that they offered. After waiting 90 minutes I was called over and told it was done, but to my surprise it was very dirty and even more disgusting than when I drove in everything was covered in armor all and still dirty. After talking with the manager ( Geno ) his answer to me was “thats the best they can do” and if i want it cleaned i should take it to the blackstone location and offered no other solution. Im not sure what makes me more upset the money or wasting 90 minutes and driving away in a even more disgusting car.
This place used to be my go to. I even got the 50 dollar plan. Now I can tell they don’t even clean the mats or wipe dow anything. I specifically asked for them to clean my mats and the dash. Yet there was still multiple stains that I had to remove myself when I got home with a cleaning wipe. I’m photos are from after the “wash”
This is one of the worst car washes in town. Inside and out my car still looked dirty. There was still bird poop on the outside and windshield was dirty still. The inside doesn’t even looked like they wiped down anything and the carpets/seats didn’t looked like it was vacuumed. I don’t recommend coming here.
I have been really disappointed with this location. Today I paid for the platinum wash, my carpet was 1/2 vacuumed, my back seat hadn’t really been touched, the dusty shoe prints on the glove compartment were still there and that’s after I pointed out several other things to the attendant to fix 🙁 I always do a quick walk around…but I feel pressured to keep the line moving, because they are always so busy. I will not be going back and I will not recommend this location or services.
The worst, I usually go to Blackstone and Ashland. I have the monthly unlimited car was package, my car was full of water spots , I paid extra to get the shine inside the car🙄 didn’t even look like he did anything to it , spots and fingerprints in and on my car😔 I was very disappointed. When I said what’s up with all this, he said you need to keep cleaning it so it could come off😔 no air freshener was given to me either. Car was half fast vacuumed too.
