5 months agoAbsolutely waste of money. $32 down the drain had to leave after the car wash and go get a second car wash at a different location. Absolutely will never return to the Columbia Mall car Wash again. Will not recommend this location to anybody I know who ever needs a car wash. I didn’t bother to take any pictures of the car because we literally got in the car and drove to another location. We did not take the car through the car wash ourselves The employees did because we paid an additional $15 for interior and they literally vacuumed for $15. I could have vacuumed for freein the last weekVery friendly service, my car stayed nice and clean. And I love that it blow dries it for the most part. Different locations seem to be better than others. None of them ever get my wheels clean. The one on Nebraska never leaves my tire shine like the one on grindstone. Since i got my membership i go thru often. My car looks great and i get free air fresheners. If you’re active or retired military your membership fee is 1/2 off. I’m really enjoying the service. 5 months agoClub Car Wash is a great place to maintain your interior and exterior of your automobile! I have to keep my exterior and interior clean and CCW has all the tools I need to quickly wash and vacuum my car. They supply a towel for detailing windows and car door entryways. Vac access to each side of my car is easily available. Great deals on unlimited washes for a flat rate too! Their are at least five locations in Columbia Missouri. $10 Tuesday is always great deal. Purchased monthly usage under Military discount for $27/month now can use whenever! Make sure to ask for damp towel to dry car and remember to drop in containers when finished with blue microfiber towel so you can get one when you return next time. Free suction vacuums to vacuum vehicle(s) at end of car wash pull forward in space so vacuum can reach all around vehicle. Occasionally car was down due to mechanical chain issues. Awaiting NEW location on Clark Lane advertised last year would be new location by Schunks Grocery store but Only Sign there no building has begun taking a long time and when asked at working location employees say they have NO status on new location! Bit frustrating when you can get status updates.
We have been to a lot of the locations in missouri. I said Lebanon mo was my least favorite, I was wrong this one is. The entire setup was not planned well, it has the least features I have seen so far in Club Car Wash, the scrubby-tenticles drop down and it sounds like they are going to bust through my windshield. They weren’t friendless by any means.
I get the big idea. It’s trendy, it’s futuristic, it’s convenient and it leaves you with a squeaky clean ride so I’m never mad but who in the hell came up with this idea and then let it come down to leaving big lots because we are still navigating some awesome grm marketing for this very new to us area of sales. I know you can do better. We have been doing to most to show that we are doing better. It’s time for us to meet in the middle and see what we can make happen. We all need this bonding, altruistic project to recenter our souls. Let’s give it all we have and see if we can land together. That’s how we will know that we will make it through this tough year and many more years… No matter what. Let’s get our heads together and be the team we can be and need to be right now, for all our sakes. Who’s with me?
