5 months agoCame out of the wash truck still dirty. Went to the vacuums they are awkward so we didn’t even try. Paid 25.99 to come out with a dirty truck. Went across the street to do some shopping and my husband automatically seen the skuff marks on the passenger back side. He even said when the wash was going how hard the brushes were hitting the sides our truck. We then went right back to get a number to owner or manager and employees said there wasn’t one . The employees also stated that my truck definitely didn’t have the damage before I went through there and said that a lot of customers get damage to their cars through this car wash. One even said it damages her paint and even knocks her windows in but she doesn’t mind Bec she gets her car wash for free .(teenagers) Sad that we have these shady business owners in our Corona community. I would NEVER treat my customers in this manner. Beware when you take your nice trucks through here especially if they are black! I will stick to a mobile detailer . 👎👎Update :No one has contacted me as of yet from this business via phone call email text anything .
6 months agoI am a current member and everytime I come here I have a great experience with the entire team. Josh and Matthew are a few names to think of that do a phenomenal job in customer service. You guys this is the spot, def worth the time for a membership and coming everydaya week agoIt’s beats washing your own car. Staff is usually very friendly. The last couple of times the brushes on the right side are slightly out if adjustment or worn and that side of my car doesn’t get as clean as it should. The drying area is a hit or miss, sometimes you can get a spot and dry your car. The vacuums are usually powerful and will pick up almost anything.2 months agothis car wash system scratch your car. you gotta be careful. when they make scatch my car and they show me my car at exit gate with very low quality. and they told me they did not make scatch. But you know what. when i tried wash again after they make scratch, Their camera can not figure out the scrach at entrance and at exit gate. Is this camera can prove this avidence? If you have scractch on your car, their camera can not figure out. i tried take picture my car at same distance as their camera installed. My phone also figure out the scratch on my car. i saw another review they make scratch from other customer. But they still told me this system can not make scratch. They don’t rinse their machine brush from diny rock piece from dirty car. It will make your car scratch. If you like your car, don’t you this car washUpdate i saw your answer. okay can i go wash my car if your camera system figure out my sctratch or not? i can prove your system is wrong
2 weeks agoThis car wash was pretty good. Washed well, maybe could have dried a bit more. But overall great services. There was also an employee who was very nice. He gave us clean towels right away when we asked.

2 months agoWife tried her Best to surprise me…Paid $45.00 for a car wash and $5.00 Tip. $50.00 for a vehicle that looks like it was ran through without using a mitt or brush.
Never been so disappointed in Dykstra’s car wash.
Vehicle from front to back inside and out not cleaned properly.
I get it… it’s been hot ! My wife got there as soon as they opened. This was the result with the team ready to go. It wasn’t the end of day where they were exhausted from work and heat….
I have gone several times in the past. The level of Dykstra’s cleaning has dropped dramatically! I feel it’s getting worse and not any better.
Come on team Dykstra’s !! Your company is far better than this. I cannot be the only customer who feels this way….
in the last weekRates are the same as really any other car wash. But their customer service is not the best. There’s a European guy who looks and sounds like he doesn’t like customers very much telling people what to do and treats them very disrespectfully.4 years agoThis place really sucks. I paid $25.99 for them to do a piss poor job. They never vacuumed the trunk, all of the windows have a ton of streaks and they never dusted/ cleaned the center console interior and doors. I called the car wash after I left and the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude and when I told her what was wrong she said “since you left the property we’re not responsible for what the workers did or didn’t do”. Needless to say I will never be going back to this place. However, the Mobil Oil Service place, right next door, is extremely capable and fast. But the car wash sucks.4 months ago3 Stars for the wash alone, never had a bad wash. -1 star for having wrong hours posts on Google and their website. Says they close 6pm on Sundays. Stopped in @ 4pm this past Sunday and the whole place was empty (closed early??) Another -1 star for making it mission impossible to cancel my two cars with the monthly unlimited service. Can never get a call back from the “manager” and god forbid someone ever answer the phone. Doing a chargeback on my credit card if I get billed again, I gave them enough chances to cancel my memberships!3 months agoDefinitely a lazy crew out there today. I pre cleaned the inside of my car. All they had to do was wipe my soap sud down. I purchased the home run package. Then I went home and cleaned my own car. If I were to ever go back, I would only purchase the cheapest package for the quick outside wash and inside vacuum. I wish I hadn’t tipped them. I still cannot see clearly out of my windows. Lesson learned, money wasted.

We try this new location… currently they have a 9.99 grand opening promotion so it’s 9.99 for the whole month unlimited . We really like this place is very convenient . Jerry this young man was very friendly and helpful .. a couple suggestions are just went u get there I was Litle lost …so a 🪧 sign for entrance and another one for do not entertain will be great 👍…. This location even have 2 young people drying the cars at the exit of the tunnel … good job quick wash …!!
Grand opening last week and free car wash for two weeks! We are 100% happy with everything. When you pull in the employees are all so friendly and polite. They had at least five or six young adults on the corners and down the street with the signs for the free car wash and what was even more impressive was when we were pulling out of the Stater Bros parking lot one of the employees was pulling up in a car giving the sign workers drinks and ice cream. WOW!! It was wonderful to see! 🚘 🧼 👍🏼
Place does good job at getting your car clean. Remember that you get what you pay for. It’s not an expert service that’s provided so don’t expect it to be spotless. My truck always comes out cleaner than before, I can usually use the vacuums right away. I enjoy paying for this membership.
I got my membership with them since they opened in August 2022, I have been loving it. I get my 2022 Tacoma washed here twice a week, and I’ve always had a great experience with the staff and the wash. 10/10 recommend.
Abel was amazing. He made my experience unforgettable. Furthermore, he came to check on gas that I already had their cars washed and ask him if there was anything that could be done and anything else that they might need. Definitely above and beyond five star service at quick quack car wash Corona.
