a month agoThis is hands down the best full service car wash in the area. Their prices are great and they do a phenomenal job! I go out of my way to come here.4 months agoI spend more than $30 and this is what I got. They didn’t vacuum everything, my seats and doors were still dirty. Yet it took them nearly 30 min. I honestly thought “Wow they are taking so long, must be doing a really good job.” Nope. When the worker opened my door he quickly said “Oh let me get that for you”, seeing dirt on the floor that hadn’t been vacuumed, I had a toddler with me so I didn’t have time to fine tooth it, but I shouldn’t have to. I can do down the road to the next car wash and self vacuum for $8. Unfortunately they are the only full service car wash around and they know it, so the prices have increased but the service has not.11 months agoPlatinum Car Wash was highly recommend by a good friend and colleague. They hand washed, waxed and detailed my all black (inside and out) 1993 convertible . mustang GT 5.0. It has never looked so beautiful. I was having a hard time finding a place I would trust with my baby. So HAPPY we decided to give Platinum a try. You guys absolutely did NOT disappoint. You did a superior, fabulous job. The Staff and General Manager were very professional and personable. Great customer service, great work!!! Great attention to detail. We will definitely be back and I will recommend you to everyone. The conveyer was broken so the employee had to drive my vehicle through the car wash. When my vehicle exited the car was still wet with soap and water on the windows and body. I asked if the rinse and dryer was broken and I was not happy with the service. The employee took a rag and wiped off two windows and walked away. Now I have water spots on my vehicle. Because I was in a hurry and had to make an appointment I left the facility rather than argue or summons a manager. I used to go there often but will not return.3 months agoGreat job. Professional and friendly crew. Team lead kept asking if there was anything else and I asked for a few additional details to be cleaned and he abliged. There aren’t many washes around that has a crew to do by hand so be sure to ask before you leave and do tip the team. It’s hot out there.

One of my favorite places has reopened with a new name,new management and new equipment. Staff is friendly, professional and very helpful . Thank you, Frank and Kane for your smiling faces and great service . If you haven’t been you got to come over to get your car washed. There’s a special going on this month that you would love to take advantage of. Great pre-wash stations and vacuum stations with canopy covering. I am thoroughly impressed and will tell all my friends.
