2 months agoDon’t waste your money! Just got an interior & exterior car wash today from Spex for the first time. Will NOT be going back as they are very sloppy. They returned the car mats wet in the car. They obviously did not vacuum properly AND they did not wipe any of the interior surfaces at all. Car is very dirty. Wasted my money at this place.a month agoI recently visited this establishment for a full detailing service, but my experience left much to be desired. Initially, the person on the phone quoted me a higher price than what I was ultimately charged upon arrival, which was a bit confusing.Unfortunately, the quality of the detailing job fell short of my expectations. I had specifically requested the removal of certain spots on my vehicle, but when I picked it up, those spots were still present. Regrettably, I didn’t have the time to address this issue, so I left somewhat dissatisfied. Given the amount I paid, I would say the service was only passable.
Another inconvenience was the estimated time for the service. I was informed it would take approximately 5 hours, so I planned my day accordingly. However, I received a call just 2 hours after dropping off my vehicle, informing me that they were closing soon and I needed to pick it up immediately. This unexpected change disrupted my plans significantly.
In light of these experiences, I find it difficult to recommend this establishment for detailing services.

Will be coming back to get some body work done! 10/10!3 weeks agoI’ve been getting my car washed here for some years now. I’m actually disappointed in the way my vehicle was washed today. Very little effort was putting into cleaning it for $20. After the 1st wash and the car dried, all the dirt was still visible. After they retried the wash, it still came out dirty. Rubbed my finger across certain parts of the body and tires, dirt still remains. Lazy. Won’t be coming here again.3 months agoImproved experience But still felt the same feelingToday soured my experience. Went there to get my car cleaned and the staff was rude rushed and hurried. Given a simple task of putting things in totes but they refused.
Old review Great service very professional. I had vomited in my car once on the passenger side. They cleaned properly. They did great work with washing my truck and cleaning out the bed Car wash mainly great. Pretty great repair work too

6 months agoI pretty much just pay $20 for my car to go through a machine with soap and for the men to dry my car off because they didn’t clean the inside. They barely vacuum. My car is completely dusty with little crumbs they could’ve gotten up by using the vacuum. I am not satisfied.I won’t be going back.and I paid for my tires to be shined, I just realized that wasn’t done eithera week agoI used to take my car here, moved away from the area for several years, and returned to Evanston this summer (2023).This place has definitely lost its desire for excellence. It doesn’t matter what level of service I’ve paid for, when I get my car home, I have to do extra details for it to actually be clean (i.e. I have to detail clean the aluminum wheels, and get a bottle of windex and clean the front and back windshields). They continually use the same filthy towels on the glass, that they use for the rest of the car. No good!
The last time I was there I paid $35 for exterior/interior. They did a HORRIBLE job, basically moving the dust around but not actually cleaning it. Won’t be back; they’ve lost a longtime customer.
a month agoFirst time customer. I’m VERY satisfied with interior detail and manager Martin. I wish they took appointments for this service and offered a punch card/loyalty program. If they did, then 5 stars!2 years agoTook my brand new car to this location to give it a chance. Saw the reviews were decent and wanted to stay local and support businesses during these testing times. I dropped it off, within 15 mins they were done and when I inspected the work, scratches that weren’t there before(keep in mind I bought it new and inspected it), scuff marks, dirt, stains on the leather chairs that were new and clean from the dealer, hand cream on the steering wheel(I put some on last night and it’s still on the wheel), crumbs etc. I would NOT recommend this location. It’s not detailed at all. And for 25$? Better off going to the 4$ car wash and cleaning the inside by yourself.3 weeks agoOne of the men in the wash line broke the vent rotator off of my air conditioner vent. No one wanted to own up to it, Both managers had me going back and forth between them both bc neither one wanted to do their job. Took my information down and the owner still have yet to give me a call like they promised. I will not going back here ever again.

I would rather pay more and get good serve. If you are giving some deal and plus free vacuum It has to work and I tried 7 of them that things just one of them was working. What would I pissed of for nothing and paying money? Clearly I do not recommend. And that 3 dollars cleans does not work good. You feel like they are just blowing up to your car. It’s sucks as sucks.
I like it here because it always cleans my car very quickly.
It usually does not clean the back of the car well and sometimes there are water stains on the body.
but it does not matter to me.
If you care a lot about the cleanliness of your car and you check all the parts after washing in the car wash, I must say that this car wash is not really suitable for you.
There is also a free vacuum cleaner that you can use after car wash.
Hi today I went for car wash and the guy who is working inside he was shouting on me I ask him to don’t yell on but he didn’t listen me and I was taken 4$ car wash service but as u can see how my car is dirty on my car back side on trunk as u can see clearly It was worthless and very bad behavior by worker’s inside n very rude. I give zero ratings and I saw other cars too which was very dirty after car was also .
Will never go back. It left my windows with soap and they had dirty on the floor. You should clean it from all the dirt that comes off of the cars. I had to clean all my windows to take off the soap. I paid $15 and not worth it. Wouldn’t recommend this car wash.
Easy, smooth processes. Obviously cannot compare with hand wash, but its acceptable. Only one complaint, no receipt (it does ask if you like your receipt printed on the screen, but doesn’t give you enough time to select yes; less than a second).
