6 months agoGreat wash. Esther assisted me at the pay station. Was very helpful understanding the machine. Jolene at the tunnel gave us air freshener and dashboard wipes was very sweet and explained the process thoroughly. My husband always washed the car but since his stroke. I’ll be coming to this car wash. I am so happy to see woman workers at there best. I felt welcome and definitely tell my friends and family3 months agoI have gone to this car wash a few times now and have great experiences each time. I went there yesterday and was greeted by Juan at the pay kiosk. At first I just wanted to do the cheapest wash and go on about my day but after talking to your associate he was able to peek my interest in signing up for the monthly plan and saving money by only paying $21 monthly for unlimited washes. The wash is always great, its able to get all the grease and bugs that normal car washes can’t get off, they offer microfiber rags to wipe down your car inside and out, vacuum area is always nice and clean. Great car wash, I will continue to refer this place and will be going here regularly now.Thank you Juan! You provide awesome customer service skills and Rocket shine should know you are an asset to their company.

A very friendly girl named Jaileen she helped wipe off the waterfront my car. She is a hard worker.and very nice !👍

a month agoI selected the top monthly subscription and over the past 3-4 months my car has not been cleaned multiple times. After todays visit have finally canceled the subscription as nothing seems to be getting fixed at this location.4 months agoVery disappointed and Never go to this car wash almost all the vacuum cleanings are broken and the washer do not wash my car I purchased a wash ultimate it supposed to clean and wash the entire car and dry the car it do not do it and is supposed to wash the wheels very well and make the entire car shine with no marks of dirt or water and the wheels dry it did not do it I spent my $12 dollars on washing my car for this place and this machine do not wash my car . Is better wash your car in your own home don’t waisted your money coming to these place. Terrible business terrible car wash and more…..a month agoI purchased a new vehicle in June 2023, so I purchased a membership here. Shortly after, the screen that told you to put it in neutral broke. No problem. But I came every Friday and things got worse each week. My car came out dirty, the vacuums had minimal pressure, and the screens that told you to put it in neutral never got fixed. I moved out of the county and have no car washes in my area. I tried to give them a try again today, and not only did my car come out still dirty for a $20 wash, the screen was STILL not fixed. Even more, the “traffic lights” that tell you when to put it in drive after the wash is done were now also broken. The vacuums still weren’t working correctly. I asked to go through the wash a second time, which I normally wouldn’t do. But because I paid $20 and my car was still filthy, I did. It came out the second time still dirty. They do bare minimum for maximum profit. I’ll never be back.a week agoThey have free vacuum with wash and a dispenser for car cleaning packets. Everything was great. Except the vacuums kept turning off. And there’s nowhere to clean my car floor mats. Seems with as much as we pay for a monthly membership, we would have that AND running vacuums!a month agoI have to drop you a star. In recent weeks the blow dryer is not doing a real good job, the right app lane hasn’t recognized my license tag, and the go exit light hasn’t worked. Should be an easy fix to get 5 stars again. Otherwise I’m still pretty pleased.

CONSUMER BEWARE: DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!
I have taken multiple of my cars to this Eager Beaver location over the years to get quick washes and details done. I’ve been a resident of Fort Myers for over 15 years. I moved to Winter Park back in January after purchasing my brand new Corolla and saved up while I was attending school all semester to come home over a weekend in the summer to get my new baby detailed.
I was incredibly excited by the results at first, but much to my dismay, approximately 2 weeks following the service, the black trim all over the exterior of my vehicle had turned dusty and white. To say I was confused and upset would be an absolute understatement after dropping $160+ between the service and tip.
Because I live 3 and half hours away in Winter Park, I unfortunately was not able to get back to Fort Myers right away to address the issue, I went as soon as I could to speak with a supervisor within 3 weeks following the service.
Upon my arrival at the location I spoke with a short, pink-haired little girl who was allegedly the “supervisor” and the man in charge of the detail team. They both looked at photos of my vehicle and walked out with me to my vehicle to see the damage.
Both ADMITTED that the detail was done improper and the employee had made a mistake. They offered to pull my car back into the detail bay and fix it but I politely declined, explaining to them that they had lost my trust, and also raising the question of what I was to do if/when the same issue occurred again in 2 weeks time?
Apparently even though they understood their employees had damaged my vehicle and lost my trust, they still could not even give me A PARTIAL refund for the $120 service I had paid in cash for on July 3rd, 2022.
The alleged “supervisor” who I spoke with had to make phone calls out to higher ups because she herself had no authority to do anything for me on location. Just a very sad, disappointing interaction. I will never be back, nor will I ever recommend them again.
Just don’t bring your vehicle here. The service that I paid for was definitely not the service I was provided. My vehicle looked as if they just drove it through the car wash and dried it. No vacuum, no interior work done at all! They offered to redo the interior but I declined. Why? Provide me with the service I paid for the first time. As someone stated before, I believe was taken advantage of. My vehicle was dirtier than when I brought it in for service. Do yourself a favor and use another car wash because Eager Beaver ain’t it!
This review was originally going to be about the horrible job they did cleaning my car. Paid for the “our best wash” package and left a tip. The interior looks untouched. Didn’t even wipe anything at all. Doesn’t smell clean either. Then I got home and noticed a piece of my car was broken. It was absolutely not broken before. This piece is hanging and now some of the buttons aren’t working and my sunroof button isn’t working. Never had any issues with this before. Just got the car less than a year ago. It looks like someone bumped their head on it and it broke. Called and the manager said “you can watch the cameras but it’s the same thing I just watched” and claimed they didn’t go anywhere near it. Weird considering it’s on the interior and the manger in training (who I spoke to first) told me yeah they can’t really see anything on the interior on the cameras. They offered to write me an incident report. I don’t want that lol. I want them to pay for the damages they caused to my car. They did offer to rewash it but I don’t really want them going anywhere near my car at this point. They absolutely suck 👎🏻 rude employees (whole other story) dirty car, and damaged my car.

Really not happy today. Arrived at the car wash 9AM and requested the most expensive detail service as we are going out of town for my bday. To be told… sorry no we are short staffed and no one available for a Maguire Service today. I pay monthly for the unlimited wash club so this would have been an additional 250$ for me but sadly still waiting as my car sits just to be dried so I can get to work. Bad customer service, don’t offer services if customers can’t utilize them.
