They were quite crowded but made me feel like I was the only customer making sure I was done in the time they promised. John estimated it would take a little more than an hour to complete and it was done in 1:20, so I was happy about that. The results were very good. They forgot to do the new car smell, but I wasn’t sure he would even want that, so no big deal. The attached photos are what it looked like “before”. Unfortunately I forgot to get “after” pictures before I returned the truck (that happens when you get old and forgetful). I always get the ultimate. After $250 and five hours, my vehicle is STILL not to my standards. I tried showing a gentleman merge stuff I wanted fixed and he gave me excuses. Another customer walked over and fussed at him because he had been waiting for his vehicle to be finished too.Also, they broke one of my lights. It wasn’t NOT broken before …. It was not broken until after the man stood up for me.

When I pull up I see happy employees, and three people are on my car immediately to prep for wash.I’ve noticed lately the manager is out helping and I really like that, if you want people to work hard..work next to them. I got VIP paid $25 and feels like I got the same wash that the $10 one would’ve got me. Barely cleaned my truck, didn’t even shine the tires.. honestly waste of time and money.a month agoThis is a typical top service car wash. There is an attendant that scrubs the front grill of every vehicle that enters. They offer the stickers that allows you to pay by the month. It’s fast, the line constantly moves and does a decent job. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because nothing beats doing yourself by hand! 👍a year agoTried this place when it opened. It was okay. Didn’t do a good job on cleaning the car. The vacuums are weak. Was on that side of town and decided ot try again. It definitely did not clean my car at all, the vacuums did not vacuum much! I will not try this place again ever. I payed 25$ for the “top notch” wash.a month agoMy husband bought a membership for his truck and my car. We love being able to use the service, but it’s frustrating that the guys working there are so aggressive about wanting you to pull so close to the car in front of you, and then they pull one in close behind you. I’ve read about accidents happening from being put too close together, so I always motion to them to let me have a little space. Today, the guy was so rude! He gave us dirty looks, and he looked at his wrist as if to check the time on his invisible watch. All of this ugliness because we wanted about 6 feet In between us and the car in front of us instead of being packed in there like sardines. PLEASE be more professional and considerate when people want a little space to prevent accidents! The accidents I have read about say the car wash wouldn’t take any responsibility, blaming it on the driver of the car who went backwards. Well, if the cars weren’t so close together, the person would have had some reaction time and distance to stop a collision from happening.

After my oil change I went through the car wash. The manager was helping dry off my car and seemed displeased at the amount of bugs still on my car so he asked me if I had time could I go back through. It was done orderly the second time around.
My oil notification came on as I left so I went back to the business. The guys double checked and confirmed it was all correct. I do appreciate the care the put into my car. Everyone was extremely nice! Will highly recommend!
Great service, I’ve always been a fan of Kwik Kar for oil changes. This Georgetown location may be my new favorite, super quick check in, service on my car and I got a free car wash. They have free vacuums too! Very friendly staff and comfortable sitting area.
Kwik Kar is my favorite oil change spot. I love that I can make an appointment online & get in & out with minimal waiting. I also appreciate the basic car wash with the oil change plus the free vacuums. Overall a great experience with good customer service 👌 Keep up the good work!
I had a fantastic experience at Kwik Kar of Georgetown! I visited them for vehicle registration and had a great time. While waiting in their comfortable AC cooled waiting area, I enjoyed a complimentary bottle of water. After completing the registration, they surprised me with a free car wash, which was a nice touch. I’m definitely planning to return for an oil change in the future. Their excellent service and thoughtful extras make them my go-to choice for automotive needs.
