a month ago2 stars for the niceness of the staff, but absolutely wasn’t happy with the cleaning. I had to go through the car wash twice and it still didn’t touch some areas. Right above the tires, you can see how dirty it was and these picture are taken after the cleaning was done. I asked the staff to re clean everything and still this is what I came home with. Absolutely not worth 60$ cleaning. Will not be coming back. Very disappointed!!3 months agoGenerally, they do a decent job with a car wash. However, I can’t get past the price. You pay way more than what you pay at most other car washes in the area, for the privilege of having them shine neon lights over it while you pass through their tunnel. Good luck getting out for less than $40 or $50 before tip. On top of that, if you happen in on a rainy day and request only an interior cleaning, which costs $25 normally, they won’t even do it unless you pay for an exterior wash too. Unless I wanted to pay for a wash while it was pouring rain, I literally had to back out of the driveway. So I did! I guess safety was not of a concern for them, as I had no other options for leaving. Seriously, they have the opportunity to make money off a legitimate customer, on a day when most people won’t even get their car washed, and they refuse simply because of some policy. Really, management? Is that how you keep customers returning? Between the price and the apparent customer service weakness, there are just too many other options out there that are better and more affordable.4 weeks agoLove this place!!! The staff really cares about getting your car clean and could care less about how much money you spend. They really just care about making your day!!!! The facility it self is in fantastic shape which is a lot different from zips down the road where I used to be at. Trust me on that!!!!! Give it a try and meet the manager Nick, the guy is one of a kind:)2 months agoI originally had a negative review based on my experience at this location but the experience I just had at this location was so amazing that I have decided to replace that review with a new one. My experience started with a friendly wave from the attendant at the gates. The wash prep and actual wash were basic but then came the hand dry. Letizia dried every little bit of my car and did an amazing job touching up the wheels. It took her awhile to get the job done but her attention to the very small details made the small extended wait worth it. Great Job Letizia!!!! I will definitely be back to this location over my Kernersville location.a week agoExpensive!!! The representative tried his best to get me to purchase all the most expensive washes they offer. I explained ai wanted a basic car wash. Whether he did not fully comprehend what ai wanted or received some compensation for upselling me I really don’t know. It was only after I screened the card with the prices that I showed him the $11 basic wash which was what I wanted and needes.

a week agoHave been a customer here since they opened as jimmy cleans. Yesterday, 10/21/23 I came as normal and a new guy was standing at the card reader and said since I didn’t have a barcode on my windshield he would have to cancel my membership unless I agreed to place one on my vehicle. Now I have a fully tinted windshield and never before have had a problem using the barcode that Jimmy cleans gave me to scan when I show up so I didn’t have to have that barcode on my windshield when I came for daily washes. Unfortunately this new guy said if I didn’t place one on my windshield, I have to cancel, so guess what, I canceled. Come to find out, a whole new staff is working at the n main st location and take 5 fired all the old Jimmy clean staff just last week. Terrible change of staff and i will now take my business elsewhere if your new folks just say do this or we will cancel your membership.2 months agoUsed to LOVE Jimmy Cleans. My car would be clean, staff was friendly and it was such a great experience. Now that it switched to Take 5, my car still has dirt all over, the tires aren’t shiny, and the vacuums don’t have the power that they used to. I’ve had a membership for as long as Jimmy’s opened but today I am canceling. So sad because it was such a great service!3 months agoNo exaggeration- Best Car Wash EVER! The wash itself is high power without damaging your vehicle, and they even pre wash your car to make sure it’s extra clean. Take 5 has use of rags, window and interior cleaners, and the complimentary air freshets smell heavenly. Payton and the team were extremely kind and helpful. Thank you Take 5 Team!!5 months agoGreat car wash at a decent price. I’ve been going here for about 2 months with two of our cars. Normally, it’s only busy on Saturdays, but you still don’t have to wait very long. The cool part they have is a pressure washer station for mats, which I haven’t seen at competitors. The car wash it’s self does a great job except on lower cars it puts the tire shine down the side. It comes off, but you do have to wipe it off every time. They have plenty of spaces for vacuuming and wiping your car down with rags and offer window spray.2 months agoUnfortunately, after the change from Jimmy Clean to Take 5 I’ve experienced a decline in customer services. The car wash amenities for the price is not comparable such as: 1. Complimentary air freshners 2. Rainx in standard package membership 3. Attendant car brush pre scrub Take 5 now has an attendants using a hose to do a pre spray that the barely wets the car. I’ve noticed several times the car wash is closed for maintenance the machinery and wash is not as good. The car wash doesn’t really take bird poop off the window. I love having a membership but disappointed in the quality offered for the prices. Hopefully, the right management sees this and takes things in a better direction.

My review mirror was taken off by this wash. There was no prior damage to it and it was ripped off during the wash. Their claims department denied responsibility and weren’t going to pay for it. Don’t come here or it will damage your car and they will try to tell you it’s your fault.
