a month agoThe only reason I come to this specific car wash is because this older gentleman name louis is very kind and helpful… even though the company has been bought out , it hasn’t been the same but he makes sure I’m treated as a membership client should be treated every Friday I’m there. Every time I go there everything works as it should, Luis is always very friendly and does a great job of keeping all the cleaning products (microfiber towels, Glass cleaner bottles) stocked. In fact, it is of high quality, the brushes look fresh, the guys often hold promotions, for example, they recently gave me a code for a free car wash, unfortunately I didn’t have time to redeem it on my second car. But I hope they will do promotions more often. And yesterday they gave me black tires for free. Vacuum cleaners work very powerfully, there are two types of tubes, larger and smaller for narrow places. everything is very thought out! An update would be good.2 months agoMy recent experiences with Mister Car Wash in Kissimmee, FL have been nothing short of a total disappointment. I signed up for their unlimited pass at $19.99 a month, expecting a hassle-free car wash service, but my encounters on September 8th and 9th were a complete letdown.Firstly, on September 8th, I made three separate trips to the Kissimmee location, based on the assurance that they would open at 11 am. To my frustration, the place remained closed throughout the day, despite their earlier promise. This level of unreliability is simply unacceptable.
To make matters worse, I had to drive an extra 15 minutes to another Mister Car Wash location. However, even there, I faced another setback. The attendant was utterly incapable of finding my unlimited account, despite numerous attempts to scan the barcode on my windshield and input my phone number.
This company’s service left me feeling extremely dissatisfied and inconvenienced. Considering the inconvenience and frustration I’ve had to endure, I believe a 1-star rating is more than appropriate. I expected much better from Mister Car Wash, and this experience has been nothing short of a disaster.
5 months agoEdit:: The actual car wash itself is just horrible. It’s sad because I have a membership and every time I go to the car wash. I feel like it’s gonna damage my car. The customer service is excellent everybody that works. There is super friendly. It’s just a car wash yourself. The vacuums aren’t so great they don’t even provide the basic paper towels like all the other car washes up. I actually just attempted to call them as you gave me the number and the estimated wait time is 38 minutes now who in their right mind is going to stay on the phone for 38 minutes waiting to talk to Car Wash 38 minutes this is just ridiculous.in the last weekGood car wash excellent vacuum cleaner and good price for the monthly unlimited program employees are friendly and efficient

I’ve been using this company’s services for a long time. The service is wonderful, it’s super practical and fast to get in, wash and dry your car. The price is extremely affordable. The attendants are extremely polite and helpful, not to mention that the service is wonderful. they are new and their washing system I like very much is very close to my house and is very convenient I recommend it to everyone as the service is excellent grade 10

Cloths and cleaners readily available and cleanup crew clears often. Nice to have shaded canopy!
Jordan was really friendly and nice, he take his time to make sure I did understand the service. A really good car wash and the prices are the best, super affordable and the process was quick.
One of the worst mod washes I have ever been to staff was absolutely disrespectful young little children that don’t want to do their damn job when you ask him for something they start rolling their eyes like they don’t even wanna be bothered they just locked himself up in a damn room and not do anything if you want a confident service from another mod location, I would highly recommend the one on US 27 in Davenport because I’ve been to at least 40 different locations across the United States and this by far was one of the worst locations I have ever been to this staff needs to be one retrained in customer service fixed her little attitude And asked them for a air freshener and I get a nasty attitude, talking under their breath and the top it off there is normally a greeter at the gate to help us for any needs that we might do or need help with this staff needs to be fired or retrained immediatelyand stop hiring children higher the people that actually want to work not the people that complain about they want $15 minimum wage to do absolutely nothing and cause our inflation to go through the damn roof. Be smart with your money not stupid.
