I forgot the lady who was at the podium, but she took her time to explain what service was best for me. I wanted the most affordable, quick. The three detailers (two women, one man) did great. a month agoThis is the best oil change experience I have ever received. They didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t need which is very much appreciated. A lot of these places will try to take advantage of women in Celeste things that we don’t need but not hear the staff is amazing and super friendly.! Dee and Zack helped me out along with an older gentleman I didn’t catch his name! I will definitely be coming back! Dee was amazing in making sure my appointment was set and checking me out after my car was fixed. Very, sweet woman with excellent customer service skills. Also, I can’t forget Zach. He did a great job in fixing my breaks and more great customer service. Excellent location! I just strolled down and had breakfast, checked out the nursery in the area. Just as soon as I returned, Zach was ready with my car. THANK YOU!

They do a pretty good job of getting your vehicle clean.3 months agoWe went for a car wash today, getting ready to drive 12 hours to be with family after our brother passed away. We were distracted and noticed there was an unfamiliar charge on our bank account, but we were already in line.Not knowing there was an exit to turn around further up, we started backing up to find a parking space to take care of this charge. We accidentally backed into the stone pillar at the entrance of the car wash lanes. We only hit our side view mirror and the plastic housing came off the back.
Already embarrassed, we decided to just pull through and get the car wash and worry about the charge later, even though this would leave us short for our trip. An absolute sweetheart of a man who was working the car wash payment lane today, ran all the way down to find our missing plastic housing, ran over to where we were waiting at the front of the car wash entrance, and put it back on for us. All the while being so kind, smiling, and telling us it was okay.
He didn’t know what we were dealing with emotionally today, so he couldn’t have known what a blessing that kind gesture was to us. But it meant so much, and we will continue coming back here for any and all car washes in the future. Because human decency, understanding, and kindness, is what they’re offering here. Not just a clean car.

Top two washes come with a 5-day clean guarantee where you can get a free wash. Free vacuum they offer interior exterior detail only place I take my vehicle.a month agoNever fails one of the best car wash. I drive farther just to go here. Customer service is always great. Car always come out clean2 months agoBeen going to this car wash for years but in the last 2yrs I’ve consistently gotten upset because they don’t even prep the passenger side of the vehicle with a pressure washer like they do the driver side. I’ve talked with on-site management and they suggest I request passenger side prep when purchasing a wash for an up charge. Since when is it acceptable for this behavior of a business. I will be taking my cars somewhere else thank you.

I paid 10 dlls for a basic wash and my truck was even worse than dirty. I complained and I told the girl that my truck was dirty and she only said that she had paid for it!!! I leave photos for proof
One of the BEST car washes I’ve ever been to! I was taking my mom’s car to get washed and vacuumed really well and the manager, Billy, came to help make it look extra good! He let me use his own personal tire shine “cover all” to make her tires look beautiful. The wash was excellent and the self service vacuum, towels, and all purpose/window spray helped me detail my car as thoroughly as I wanted. Highly recommend!
Regular user of this particular Zips in Mansfield, I once again realized what A-1 place it is. It’s kept up like no other place I know of. The stalls are clean of debris. The vac system is strong on all outlets. And Billy will fix anything quick if it clogs

They had a great membership offer, I signed up & drove through the car wash. The back of my SUV is still dirty because the attendant didn’t scrub or even hose down the back & the car wash equipment barely touched the back surface.
Billy was so nice, but the quality of the finished product is just okay….. if only I could go through the car wash backwards 😆
Horrible experience!. Didn’t clean anything off my car not dirt bugs and even some car marker writing off my car. When I told them, the owner stated that no car wash takes everything off especially not the back, which I strongly disagree because I love the one in Alvarado off of 67. Stated they will not do a re-wash that’s why people pay for monthly memberships, why would I pay for a memberships when you can’t even wash my car at all..looked like it didn’t even get close to my car to even try to take everything off. I ended up having to wash it by hand. Would not recommend!.
