2 years agoI’ve been a member of Mister Car wash for a good month and have been to 3 locations Layouts will very but I tell you what; vacuum then wash your car recommended. Big thing about this location, PAY ATTENTION to the signs so you won’t accidentally enter the exit side. Fairly new area doesn’t have the drive through unlimited lane yet.3 months agoSo far, with my membership, I have only visited my local location. Wanted to see if they offer consistent service all around. No one was at the vacuum, so I got in a spot quickly. A friendly wave as my membership tag opened the gate. In and out as usual with a nice shiny car. Perfect for just getting off the highway from work travel. I haven’t really had any problems with mister car wash but I i recently moved out The mister car wash area and I called about six months to nine Months ago to cancel my membership And that membership never got canceled even though I called and canceled it. At least I thought and I’ve been continuously getting charged while I have not been using the service. I don’t even live in an area where I could use Mr. Car wash anymore and it’s been taking a couple $100 out of my. Account. And I just found this out while I was looking through my bank informatiand I called back again to make sure that it’s canceled and I find out. It’s not it was still active and I was not able to get a refund for everything that I’ve been paying and I haven’t had a single. Car wash in about 6 to 9 months I understand that there was something inside of the terms and conditions. I get that but for me to call About 6 months ago and Ask for a cancelation and not be provided that and then I’m still continuously getting charged. Because 1of your employees Didn’t do their job and I have to pay the consequences is simply unfair And that’s why i’m giving this mister car wash a one star review because their customer service is not good at all Great car wash service. I cannot deny that but this is simply unacceptable.

3 months agoDefinitely one of the best drive through wash. I felt as thought my truck got an extra (2) additional rows of brushes on it way through. Great rinse and dry. Very quick an easy spot dry/detail. Great vacuums. Recommend and iWill Be Backa week agoFast and efficient wash with great customer service and the vacuums are outstanding!! Would definitely recommend to anyone to use this car washa year agoI have been to this car wash several times without issue. The last time this was not the case. I ended up with scratches on my door. I went through the car wash then drove home and parked in my driveway. One hour later I came out and see the scratches as I’m entering my driver door. After this I called the car wash with no answer or ability to leave a message. So I emailed the them and surprisingly they responded a few hours later. We arranged a meet. I went down there the next day and met with the manager. He told me the camera couldn’t pick anything up because of the sun which was true. We went and looked at the truck and he told me his issue was the whole truck wasn’t scratched down the side. He also told me the scratches aren’t “rotating scratches”. 🤔 After that I asked to see the cameras, he showed me and it was like he said nothing could be seen. Then we went into hypothetical and I was over arguing the point when he told me it 100% didn’t happen there. Which really rubbed me the wrong way. To his credit he did offer to “help me out” with a detail but at that point I was not wanting anything to do with them. After looking at the scratches more it looks like the side washer could have got stuck under my mirror and pulled into the truck. Just be aware they most likely will not take responsibility for damage to your vehicle.a month agoOut of the soon to be ten thousand car washes in Manteca I like this one because of cost. It works pretty good but has problems cleaning bugs off the front at times. But for most part pretty happy here.a month agoGreat place to go. ONE major problem here… there is no tip box for the folks that do all the hard work.

I have been their costumer since 2019, today I went to this specific location and took my rental car because my car is in shop. I asked the girl to use my account since I am using the rental car. She said there is no way she can do that. She said she has to cancel my account and open a new account with the rental car! I don’t want the sticker on the rental car that I am returning. And then she said when you get your car back we have to cancel this account and open a new one for your car!😳😠 at the end I had to pay for the car to be washed! Also the car rear did not get cleaned at all! When I got the membership the person who helped me told me “If you happen to have rental car just let us know we will take care of it.” But that was not what happened. My husband and I are considering canceling our membership with this car wash. I had such bad experience today.
The drying fans have not worked well for months. The back of my small SUV and the sides near the back have a lot of water on them. I have mentioned this and was told they were aware of this and suggested that I use the Louise Ave site since it didn’t have this problem. Ready to cancel my subscription.
They go too fast , they want the next car right in the back of you. Car doesn’t even dry . It seems like rush to fast. I’m not asking for the car to be all the way dry, but not only 25%.
This chain seems to be really good a good value, good service, and the option to subscribe for unlimited washes is an excellent value. The Manteca location seems to have a better drying system than the other nearby ones, but all 4 I’ve used in the area provide a good wash job.
Liked the quality and experience of the wash. Quick, friendly and helpful staff. Free vacuuming. One side was very strong the other was weak. Lots of covered bays for interior cleaning.
It is not a touch less car wash but did not leave any streaks or anything that I could see on there car
Took off one star for the vacuum and the price was a smidge higher than I would’ve liked.
