4 months agoI’ve been on a road trip for the last two weeks and really needed a wash. Went with the $15 wash and was reassured I could go through again if I had to. Based on my excessive experience with these types of car washes this one did a mediocre job, which I did not expect based on the outside appearance. Dirt was still present on the black plastic rocker panels, rims were untouched, and the car came out still soaking wet. Those dryers need to be adjusted for sure, but part of it is definitely the ducting design. My final complaint is no towels, ended up having to use my kitchen towels to dry off the car and clean my wheels and rockers. Only gave two stars because the staff was good…Edit: I’m now giving zero stars because in the sun I realized this wash completely destroyed my paint. Now I need a paint correction.

Good vacuums, love the mat washers… If you are a frequent washer the monthly unlimited program is definitely worth it. It has its own devoted lane, making it super convenient.2 years agoI used to love metro express. Easy, fast and usually got a fairly clean results. That all stopped tonight. I went through Metro Express with my black truck and the results I saw were terrible. This truck is 3 months old so the paint is new. After the wash, the paint is no longer new and is so scratched up it’s horrendous. Take a look at the pictures. I have tried contacting Metro express asking how this will be fixed. I currently have not heard back, when I do I will update my review if they make it right. For now, I strongly suggest not using metro express in Missoula.5 months agoThis is my car wash I go there all the time I buy the monthly unlimited pass so that I can go as often as I want it’s a good car wash your car gets good and clean and they have free vacuums and it’s a relatively new facility

a month agoI think most people use the part of the car wash where people wash and dry your car. I think they offer pretty good service. I used the self-serve. Bad idea. Normally car washes have enough pressure to blast the paint off, this one has just enough pressure to get your car wet. I had lots of bug guts on hood of car so I used the foaming brush. It took three minutes to kick in while my money and time was ticking away. I don’t know what chemicals they use but it did nothing for removing the bug guts even with a heavy dose of muscle power. I spent 10 bucks, my car was still covered in bug guts, and I won’t be back.3 months agoStopped by for a wash of my truck as it was filthy with bugs and dirt/mud. Magic Touch came recommended to me by a friend. Am very glad I did stop in as service was excellent and the wash was of equal quality. Prices were fair. I would happily return again.2 months agoAwesome customer service… My inner fenders and running board were cake with gumbo and clay from driving through the road construction next to Salmon Lake, I paid for the premiere wash due to the fact im in 2500 long box 4×4…. The guys certainly went above and beyond.2 months agoI visited Aug 2 , 2023 The attendant took my credit card into the booth to run it. I should have follow my instincts, I thought he is taking very long with my credit card. . I do not live in Missoula. This was the only time my credit card was out of my hands . I received a fraudulent charge shortly after. I have tried calling magic touch to enquire. No one ever answers the phone at this business. The other wash attendants were great and thorough. I would not risk going there and paying with credit card.3 years agoI attained a screw in my front left tire from this place! I have not had these tires for more than a month. I let the manager know and he was rude saying it was not possible to had come from there and this was my first and only stop in Missoula. He did say his manager would be there tomorrow morning… Car wash was good. Treatment of my tires was not. I will not return. And i will recommend anyone else to avoid this carwash if you care about your vehicle’s tires!!

Great car wash but was harassed while using the vacuums by a couple of guys in a red sports car. Drove up, parked right by me and a friend, and just stared at us before saying some really inappropriate things and then driving off. Not the businesses’ fault but still very upset.
Nice car wash. There’s usually no one in line for the self-service bays. Clean and efficient to get in and out. Always wish for more time for the money on the self-service stations!
My dog got skunked. I heard about this place so I went and there was several soap options including help with skunk odor and conditioner BUT, to my serious dismay, ALL the soaps were EMPTY. I spent $40 for warm water. It helped a little but I would have brought soap if I had known. I kinda think I deserve at least part of my money back.
The metal wash tub has some sharp bits, so watch out, my pug cut her foot a little. I was able to wash both my pugs for $10, so that was nice. I think the water temp should be adjustable, and the dryer is a bit agressive.
Great car wash with enough bays and vacuums for how busy it is. Note: Only 3 out of the 4 vacuums take a card and not quarters. Not a big deal though.
