3 weeks agoIt would have gotten a 5 star rating from me had they sprayed and brush the front of my car at least a little bit. The whole front of my car looked as if it hadn’t been wet much less washed. Other than that it’s a nice place.2 weeks agoThe bad thing about them is, I canceled the last day of September. The guy goes “If they accidentally still charge you for October, let us know and we’ll get you a refund ” Sure enough I was charged $40. So I called and after 20 attempts, I finally talked to a guy. He said he’ll let corporate know to get me a refund. It’s been 5 days. Still nothing. I’m out $40 and no monthly pass. I need that refund.Probably should avoid this company. Why tell someone you may get charged. If you cancel.. Your account should just cancel and not be charged.

Do not use your card to sign up! They will hold your information and charge your cards how they please multiple times a month and when you ask for a refund they say they will cancel your membership only! I hate when corporations take advantage of people card information and money! If you are smart you will NEVER sign up for a wash memberships here. Ultimate Wash has never scammed me, I advise people to use them or anyone but Rich’s. They are a SCAM!!! I have my bank statements as proof of duplicate and double charges that no one cares to explain or refund. I am seeking legal action against them! Buyers, You have been warned!

7 months agoPaid $20 for a car wash and it wasn’t worth $2. My water hose at home would have done better. Save yourself some money and go to big tuna down the road. At least there your car will get clean.Update. Manager was great and got it washed again. Great customer service.
2 months agoWe love this place! The staff is very kind and helpful. My husband is some type of member so we visit very often cleaning our vehicles.a year agoBy far the worst experience. I’ve used it twice now and I’m sorry I should not have to get out and have to rewash my car and clean it after spending $20+ on a car wash! Legit couldn’t even tell I went threw a car wash. I had to get out an use a towel to clean the front of my car. 🤦🏼♀️🤬🤯a year agoThis place was nice before but the past month has gone down hill and maintenance is not being done. Many of the vacuums have cracks that reduce the efficiency of the vacuuming, garbage is not beginning taken care of throughout the day. I’ll change my review once Rich’s address the problems.Update. Since posting this review the place has done a better job of cleaning and replacing the broken tubes. Moving to 4 star.
4 months agoTip the wax attendants! They will never ask for it and there’s certainly not a “jar or sign” anywhere! These folks hand dry your vehicle before waxing and do your tires/rims after the wax! I only go to this location.

It was fantastic! 2 very helpful young men took care of me and my car! I bought a month pass! Thanks, guys!!! Recommend! The location is very clean, everything was in great working order, and I felt very comfortable being there as a woman alone (can’t say that for every car wash!)
So I just left the car wash and like always I got excellent service. A young lady named Madison checked on me and asked was I pleased with the service. She is always so nice and kind. Also they now have interior cleaning free of charge you can use. I’m very satisfied! Keep up the good work Madison.
I have been working for the car wash for 4 months now and I have to say. It has been fun and a great experience. Before I got employed here. I was a normal paying customer that washed the car daily. and the team that worked here during the time was very rude and did not care. The guy manager hired me and some more people as the new team and I have to say. I enjoy coming into work and I like putting smiles on customers faces. The new team here actually cares about helping each other and working together. I highly recommend to apply here
