a week agoUsed them once and it was good. Went back today, got the $25 wash, and it was still dirty. The rep said it was because it was tree sap. Well, I always park where I do, and it always comes off. He gave me a customer service free wash, which the machine only used the first two side scrubbers, and nothing else. There was three vehicles ahead of me that left soapy and dirty as well. I’ve spent more time with customer service than I ever did at the car wash. I’ve answered the same questions about my account at least half a dozen times. Talked to just as many agents. Went to my own bank who can only cancel the card to make them stop. Don’t give this company your information if you think you might ever cancel your account. I’ve still not gotten this resolved.6 months agoI love this take 5 wash location. They have great customer service, it’s easily accessible from a busy road. I’ve never had a bad experience with these guys.

The young man that assisted in signing me up for the monthly subscription was very nice and I didn’t feel pressured at all. Overall great experience.2 months agoJaiden was extremely understanding and kind. Since the wash did not get the car cleaned the first time, he let us go through the car wash an additional two times. Awesome person with excellent customer service!3 months agoThe car wash itself is a little pricy for not great value. I’m sure the 30 dollar package is pretty good. The real reason to come here is the aftercare. They have a self service station with rags and cleaning supplies and some very powerful vacuums to help get anything out of your carpets10 months agoThis car wash is not worth your time. I have gone there for my last two washes and both times have left me with the grime I wanted to get off when I went in there. The first time I went, I payed for a normal $10 wash, and it left my car streaky and somewhat still dirty and spotty. I still gave the place the benefit of the doubt and went a second time and got the $15 wash. It STILL left my car dirty on the lower half of my car! On the upside, the customer service is great, but please take your money to another car wash if you want a clean looking car!3 weeks agoLove this car wash! The fan base is wild and the workers are even wilder! They are chill and are always helpful. Even on my worst days the workers always make my day brighter!

The people working there were so sweet and always so helpful. Definitely get the members gift it was such a great deal!! Mustafa was very helpful when telling me all about what type of offers and what cleaning I can get done on my car!!! Definitely recommend this car wash.
I really like this car wash. The employees have always been helpful if I ever needed anything. I also love the free towels and cleaner provided. I only wish the spinning cloth at the end would work when I go through there. My windshield is always wet right in the middle where I’m too short to reach. 😂
Had great experience. I went through the automatic system but forgot I had items from a recent move, so I couldn’t vacuum thoroughly. Edwin allowed me to come back later and complete a thorough vacuum. Also, Mustafa exhibited great customer service acknowledging how my day was going and to let him know if I needed anything.
