2 months agoWent here for the first time Sunday 8/27 – paid for the Platinum wash. After getting home I noticed a pink purple stain on my white car. Tried washing it off more and buffing, it out it’s not coming off. I shouldn’t have to spend more time washing and cleaning my car when i get home after doing it at Fast5. Whatever cheap soap they use has now stained my car. Still hoping this will come off.There should also be a wax coating in the platinum option, but to the touch it is very apparent there is no wax coating. The car should feel slick, it does not. I’ve used plenty of car washes to know when there is wax or not.
Will be going back to ask for a refund and a solution to the stain on my car. Waste of time and money.

2 months agoI went to get my car cleaned I asked what would they recommend because I wanted my seats cleaned as well they told me the 69.99 will get me everything the car cleaned and the seats they even charged me 10 additional for the extra row! They took 2 hours to clean it and they left it the same! I went back and asked why my car looked like it wasn’t cleaned and the guy said that the 69.99 only cleans the actual seats not the whole car!5 months agoVery pleased with the result from my car wash. The only downside is you have to bring your own towels. Usually having my car washed is a last minute decision while I’m already out and about without a towel to dry with.a month agoFor a $7 basic wash got the car clean. There were a few bug and tree sap spots that weren’t washed. Vacuums were awesome.a month agoHave tried this place twice and I’m not happy how my car turns out. The armor all doesn’t stay in the tire then it splatters all over the side of the car! There’s a few vacuum hoses that are broken.

2 weeks agoBrought both my cars in for a detail and paid $80 each with tip everything came out to $200. For that kind of money I figured they would do a much better job. I don’t recommend nor will I be returning.a year agoBeen here about 30 times in the past 8 yrs and I’d give it 3 stars. Really for the convenience not the service. I recommend the standard washes and not the detailing services. I’ve spent money for the clay and polish and they treat it like a blow and go. Never been really impressed. They could use a good supervisor that runs a tight ship and that holds quality standards. Photos are post 180$ detail.4 months agoIt’s one of the better places that I’ve been to. I gave it a 2 because if you don’t watch them they’ll short cut the drying and plastic molding detailing. And when you ask them to correct it, you can definitely feel the attitude. You pay anywhere between $35-50. You want your money’s worth.4 years agoIf I could give 0 stars I would $27.00 car wash, dont believe they even vacuumed, things arent wiped down and when brought to their attention I was told “If you want it that clean you need to pay for a shampoo and detail” I paid for a vacuum and wash and now Im at my house running a vacuum and damp cloth thru the interior of my car after paying $27 + tip. Miss the old days where your location actually took pride in the work completed. Disappointed and feeling ripped off2 years agoDisappointing visit despite prior good experiences. They signaled that my car was ready. I checked the rear interior door knowing that was especially dirty, and it didn’t even look like they tried to clean it. They cleaned it when I asked them to, and then I drove off. I was almost home when I started noticing other dirty surfaces inside as well as the cloudy and streaky rear windshield. Got home and noticed that the front bumper still had dead bugs.

Staff members at Quick quack car wash are always so polite. The price is reasonable for the monthly membership. I enrolled and with 3 visits a month I make my moneys worth.
I love this car wash!! I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I genuinely feel so happy with the sparkling shine left on both my car, and my face (meaning I was smiling). Kayla helped me out after the initial wash, and I greatly appreciated it. Kayla is such a sweet person, and a wonderful employee. I see her going great places. Anyhow, THE CAR WASH! Oh, the car wash! Not only is my car beautifully cleaned, I had fun during the experience as well due to the fact it is themed with anatidae (water fowl, such as ducks and geese) imagery and puns (my favorite of them being the duck duck goose at the end of my washing experience). Thank you, Quick Quack, I will return!
First time here, paid for the $26 ceramic wash and my car is not clean! The hood has a huge layer of dirt, there are spots and streaks everywhere. What a rip!
They had orange towels today!! my last three visits. They had no towels which is unfortunate because you don’t bring your own. You can’t drive your car but I was grateful today. Remember at this place you vacuum and dryer on vehicle Thank you.
They are the most organized, caring and fast car wash I’ve ever been to. All of the workers are always super helpful and treat us with a smile every time. They just upgraded their system so you don’t have to be manually checked in, so convenient.
