4 months agoOne Of The World worst Car Wash i have ever Experienced . Paid for the top program, Went In and out with the same dirty car. People who are working there have absolutely no customer service. They are only looking for a fight when you share your Complaints and they have even told me “show us what you can do” . This will end for sure at the Better Business Bureau and Claim Court, for the rip off there, but also for the rudeness, disrespect and attitude.I wish rating can be done with no stars But System does not allow that
2 years agoThe car wash is a big help with our busy schedule. I wish the tire shine would look like it actually applied something to both of our cars. We pay for the gold car wash.. See attached picture and you decide if the tire shine actually worked. Other than that, be careful when entering/exiting the wash. The attendant tends to crowd the cars too close together and when exiting the wash several cars nearly get into rear end collisions.Please manage this process better. If cars are not pulling out, don’t continue sending more cars through causing grid lock and possible rear end collisions when exiting the wash tunnel.
4 months agoMy car was filthy and I decided to get the $16 Platinum Wash. I told I hoped to drive through and that I hoped to come out looking like a NEW BMW. We laughed and he said. “If you need to run through a second time come back around it’s free and part of our service!” So I did and man that got my car sparkling. My new favorite car wash now.in the last weekGreat price, great service. Josè made my day! Thanks.6 months agoWash was ok, but the wheels are never clean and the protectant leaves a rough film on everything. I wish i could get a wash WITHOUT the protectant. The other complaint is the BLACK water in the drying area After closing, the whole are should be washed down.

4 months agoOverall… not a bad place. Location is a bit weird though. Car wash is on Bristol St and the end of Newport Blvd.I was there on Friday around 8 am. Not busy. 3 bays were empty. $5 will get you 10 minutes. There is no wheel brush available. Just the foam brush, a pressure washer, could not use the high pressure soap, maybe I just didn’t know if I was holding the correct spray gun.
The bays are a good size for small and compact vehicles, I was washing my ‘21 RAV4 and the space was very limited trying to go around the vehicle with the spray gun trying to get the wheels clean.
This wash is not the cleanest, but it’s not bad. You go in, get things done, and get out. I works as designed.
Tip: The exit came get hectic if someone wants to make a left right off the wash bays. It will be faster just to make a right and then make a U-turn on the next light (Baker St). Don’t hold up traffic, there is not much space.

I’ve wasted money on multiple stalls on the same day, and they all out of soap. You can’t wash a car without soap. Don’t waste your money.2 years agoI needed high pressure soap and high pressure rinse. I found both at incredibly high pressure. I really liked this place. Changer only takes $1 and $5. I couldn’t change my $20. $2 to start wash.a month agoEverything is broken waste of time and money go literally anywhere else. The machine to dry your car does not work and will just keep dripping water on your car as you dry it

Today at 8:00am I brought my car to this wash. Purchased a $40 platinum membership and mid way through my car got stuck, instead of the car wash stopping to protect my car it pushed a car into the bumper! I went back once I realized there was damage and they blamed me for my car being moved into park! They were rude and completely unprofessional! I will never so much as do business with organized criminals! They push cars through and blame you if damage is done rather than taking ownership and safeguarding clients! Whether my car was moved into park or not the car wash should stop and protect a car if this happens! They are responsible so me but created a system by which they look like they care and then shift the blame to me. Another man I met this afternoon named Dale who was involved in a 3 car jam same day today stated they were blaming him for turning the wheel off the track! This place is horrible and they created a process whereby they blame the customer knowing it doesn’t stop when issues arise it just keeps pushing cars through! I just got this car a week ago and this was the first car wash and my experience was hell on earth!
Below the person said to contact the store manager I did that he mocked me and shifted the blame to me. The district manager did the very same thing! Your policy is to not honor your customer I will never do business with you! I am going to write the oc register and go out of my way to help you experience enough pain to change your horrible policy and absolutely abominable customer service!
