a week agoWent there and the price was reasonable and they were open until 9pm which was nice since I didn’t have time to go earlier in the day. The only was at the end there was a wait period and the light at the end didn’t say whether I should remain stopped or I was good to go. I just left even though it didn’t seem like my truck got a drying. I was worried about the car behind me.2 years agoI joined the new car wash company in Goose Creek, SC, called: “Time to Shine” on October 26, 2020, and purchased the “Super Ceramic” monthly package at $39.99 which includes everything with unlimited washes. There are so many new and upcoming car wash places in and around my area that offer a variety of services and prices. What I do enjoy and like the most is the free vacuuming, mat washing, and other small amenities after the car wash is over, but the “Super Ceramic” package deal (the best), doesn’t clean and shield my car properly. I’ve brought this to managements attention and I’ve shown them the results after going through, but I’m always told to go through again since I have the unlimited amount of washes. I have a 2019 Mustang that is garage kept, and rarely exposed to the outside eliminates and environment. So, my vehicle is well maintained and rarely if ever dirty. I’ll give this about another month, and if I keep receiving the same results, I’ll begin to shop around for a better price and service. But, the vacuum area is very high-tech, and I’m satisfied with this area after you’ve washed your vehicle.2 years agoGreat place to take your car, got a monthly membership for my car and my wifes new ride so it will look like on the showroom floor, near food lion and we go there weekly. It has both small and large vaccuums that work! And a mat cleaner that works!!! It is a bit more expensive than fins or other nearby car washes. But it’s worth it!!!7 months agoGreat day I was tired but had to get her clean before work tomorrow. I was able to swoop right in get washed and vacuumed. Normally my procrastination would let me wait but emergency trip to vet left a lot of dog hair in there. It cannot be there. The vacuum is strong at this place and the wash leaves little in the way of touch up. The folks were real nice ran and fetched me a new sticker for my new windshield. No hassle no rudeness I did call first

Thank you for a great experience.. 😎a year agoWorst experience I’ve ever had at any car wash. The guy took my $25 knowing that the water jet in the rear wasn’t working. And neither was 1 of the spinning rag thing that’s supposed to wash the top of the car.After exiting the machine, I saw that my car was the same as it was when I came in. I located the young Man, showed it to him and he said he knows that the jet was broken and he can’t give me a refund. Which makes absolutely no sense. Why take my money for a service that you know I won’t receive? And the vacuums don’t work properly either. I have yet to find the corporate number. I want my money back.
3 months agoThis is the place to go if you want to be ripped off. I signed up for the $10 special now I’m being charged $70 a month (have no clue why!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’ve contacted them apparently for NO REASON because I don’t have my money back, no explanation as to why they feel it’s ok to continue to charge me for NOTHING, and I better not get charged again. At this point I guess I will be contacting my bank to report the FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Zips business practices are clearly not what they should be and this so called customer service is basically NON EXISTENT. I’ve already created a service ticket and I’m not being assisted !!!!!!!!!!3 weeks agoThe Attendant was very nice and very helpful. There was no waiting and the vacuum is free with every cash wash.7 months agoDon’t go here. Place sucks. Staff is very unfriendly. Trash everywhere. Quality of was is not what it used to be. Under the ownership of Wash Wizard, prices were great and quality of wash was amazing. Plus the staff was friendly. Business wash quality and staffing went downhill since new ownerships of Zips. Save your time go to Fins Car Wash a little further down rivers.

The wash itself is great but the vacuums never seem to work properly. There is trash all over the parking lot and towels and cleaners are sometimes available. I enjoy using the facility but I would like to see these issues corrected.
Let me tell you! Zips car wash exceeded my expectations! The staff greeted me with a smile and was very helpful in choosing the best wash for my needs. The car wash was fun for my kids with all the glow in. The dark lights! So many spots to vacuums. They had a strong suction. Zips also offered towels and spray for detailing. I’m in Love with Zips on Ashley Phosphate.
Great car wash! Recently I noticed improvements and upgrades. New vacuums with great suction! Customer service is A1. The young guys will greet you and hose your car down prior to entering the wash. Highly recommend the monthly subscription! It’s worth the money!
Inexpensive membership wash but you get what you pay for. 50% ofbthe time they will pre rinse the car but never do the passenger side. Close early and open late. And keep one towel cart far from the vacuum bays.
