3 weeks agoI have to pause to find the words to describe how bad this was. The car wash shattered my driver’s side mirror, and popped it out of the housing. Car washes often shatter mirrors, right? I wasn’t too concerned as I assumed the car wash would repair the damage (at the very least). How wrong I was.I notified the on-site employees immediately, filed an incident report, and assisted them in examining the damage and taking pictures. They said they would file the case, review the camera footage, and get back to me.
An hour later I get a phone call from the manager and assistant manager and they tell me they will NOT repair the damage because “the mirror fell out as the car was exiting the car wash, therefore it wasn’t the car washes fault.” ???????? Yes, the mirror was perfectly fine until the sunlight and open air destroyed it .2 seconds after leaving the wash. I’ve never seen people work so hard to not take responsibility – every argument in the book for why “it must have been broken before you came.” If they’re going to employ 17 year olds and give them power to assess and respond to damage claims, let’s do some training in common sense and cause and effect.
Their final word “Yes we can pay for it [their policy allows them to repair my car] but we are not going to. The best we can do is a free month of car washes.” Yes, because I want nothing more than to have the rest of my car destroyed on my dime.
I was kind of mad at the damage originally, but the response by the employees has me furious. They’ve lost the following customers: me, my family, and everyone I ever speak to about this. Sacrifice tens of thousands of dollars in recurring revenue all to save $150 on a mirror repair?? Aside from morality and the right thing to do, it’s an incredibly stupid business decision.
Go to literally any other car wash.
4 months agoI hate writing negative reviews and seldom write them but I feel I need to share my super frustrating experience. I’ve gone through the wash quite a few times since I’ve moved to Orem. The first few washes I had no issues, then a couple months ago I went through and got some mild scratches on the top of my trunk. I reached out the same day and got no response. It wasn’t that big of a deal so I didn’t follow up, and yesterday decided to give them another try. Not only was my car still dirty after the wash but by the time I got home I realized my car was way more scratched up! I drove back to the location and filled out an incident report, after taking the time to file the report I was told by the employee that I basically wasted my time because cars that are older than 5 years won’t be covered regardless and that it is “impossible” for the wash to cause issues. The manager reached out to me claiming it’s not their fault because the scratches were on my car before. Yeah, from the previous wash. Super unprofessional customer service and handling of the issue. Also wish that they were more straightforward with their policies about damaging your vehicle. Likely won’t be back.2 weeks agoThe last few times I’ve gone I’ve had to get out to get excess soap and water off of my car especially the windshield. I didn’t have this problem in the past and I don’t have this problem at other locations. I know the dryers at the end aren’t perfect, but they at least used to be able to get the windshield fairly dry. The quality going down with the prices going up is pretty lame. I Can’t deny the automatic check in gate is pretty dope though.3 months agoI come here often since it’s close to Costco. The last couple times I’ve had horrible washes. This time I had just come home from CA and got a much of bigs last night around St George.Paid $22 for the wash and all the bugs were still on my car. Had to scrape it all off myself. Last time I’m coming here.
2 weeks agoThey do a good job but DO NOT sign up for a membership! It only counts for 1 car. It’s only worth it if you wash your car 2 times a week. And they don’t end a membership when you ask them to. I asked one of their employees and he said he did it. But I have lost over $40 because he didn’t do it correctly. I have tried canceling online but they are just a RIP OFF of a company.

2 weeks agoPaid for their top detail service. Here is what you get for spending that kind of money. They missed vacuuming 50 percent of my car. Went back showed them their job. They re-did it in 5 min. They said it was better. Talked to the manager he agreed they missed spots. I said if that’s how they vacuum they should re-do the whole service. They said they would. Got back in the car to drive home after giving them a 3rd chance. Everything looked the same. And the seats weren’t wet. Which means they didn’t re-do the job like they said they would. And several of these photos were taken after the third attempt. My own kids could’ve done better for 20 bucks. I came here before Covid. And was blown away by the service. It was a 5 star job. Now years latter. New company new management. Not worth the money. I should’ve done it myself rather than throw that money in the trash.3 months agoThis was just a horrible experience all around. We use to come here and the employees worked hard and were so friendly. Ever since this car wash has changed hands I can see why it isn’t really busy any more and why people complain so much about it. There use to be a line clear out of the parking lot. We showed up to purchase a wash and interior detail and shampoo. The girl who was at the metal kiosk walked away without looking at us or saying a word. We sat looking around and almost left when a kid came up to the window and asked what we wanted. We paid over $100 to have everything done properly. We went through the wash and waited, again, confused about where to go because there wasn’t any employees around. Finally one came out and directed us where to go so we pulled up and hopped out so that the 5 guys standing and joking and goofing off could continue to stand there and goof off and joke around and not do their job. While we were waiting inside we decided to look for a manager and there wasn’t one to be found anywhere. The employees inside were all arguing about who would be the cashier and then the two guys inside made the girl who randomly walked inside be the cashier. It was so bizarre and was like being in the twighlight zone. I left feeling disgusted and disappointed. My vehicle is still so gross. If anyone knows of a car wash around here that actually cleans your vehicle please leave a comment and let me know! I cannot believe we wasted so much money. Especially in this economy. Just absolutely abhorrent. There are so many more pictures I could post but you get it. Unacceptable. Gross. 10/10 recommend avoiding this place! I’d love my money back please. Those employees need babysat and watched closely so things are actually wiped down and cleaned right. Whoever took over clearly never spends time there to build the business back up. Shame.6 months agoI love this place! This used to be a supersonic car wash and they changed their name recently. It’s pretty good service. I have the monthly full service subscription. There’s an inside waiting area and get snacks also, a play area for children if you have any. The only reason I’m not giving this place a 5 star there’s been a more than a handful of instances where I gave instructions and they dropped the ball on that. I tip from 5-10$ cuz I get how it makes their work shift worth it.a week agoI’m done with this place. Ever since supersonic sold out to these guys there’s been nothing but issues with their equipment. I go there at least three times a week and maybe once every 3 weeks everything is working as it should. For those of you that go to this place, you know what I’m talking about. The next time you go through the wash look at all the sprayers. Only half of them work. Sometimes only one side works. Sometimes only the left side brushes work. And then the next day only the right side brushes work. I pay for their top of the line package and I am definitely not getting what I’m paying for. The tire shine very rarely works. The triple shine and the wax hardly come out. I have complained multiple times and the only feedback that I get is “come in and let us know. You can always go into the detail shop and they will armor all your tires.” Well I’m sorry but it’s not my job to be police everything. They need to be proactive and if something is not working they need to get it fixed immediately and start refunding money to all those clients that have been paying for a tire shine and aren’t getting it. I’m not going to pull around, get out of my car, walk inside, and constantly be their watchdog. Nothing has changed. It has fallen on deaf ears. So I am canceling my membership and wiggy wash here I come.!in the last weekWho is this Jared guy and how can we find more people like him? If I could give 6 stars I would! Jared was fantastic and gave me the run down on all the washes. He is so upbeat and smiled the entire time! It makes for a better experience! Thank you Jared! Keep smiling!

Great prices washes and there is never a line! And if there is it goes super fast including free vacuum use! My family has a sticker that’s gets us right in (monthly pass) for every vehicle!! Definitely recommend:)
It is honestly the worst car wash. I have been to in two years. It didn’t clean the back of my vehicle at all. I had to find some paper towels/ fast food napkins to wipe the back of my car to get it to look clean then there air compressor air thing blew rust onto my driver side mirror when I was trying to blow it dry had to get a napkin wet from water on the car to clean it. It makes sense now why there was practically nobody there. The trash was full when I went to try to clean the interior both vacuums on both sides had like no suction took the head off one of them. There’s a piece stuck in there that clogged up the rest of the stuff. Really quick.
This car wash was a complete disappointment.
I hate giving bad reviews but I felt very dissatisfied after my car wash. For the price that I payed, I would think that it would be worth it but this it just completely unacceptable, my back windshield was not washed at all! As well as other windows of my suv, definitely DO NOT RECOMENDABLE!
The haunted car wash is always amazing but this year is a 10/10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND worth the price;) even tho it’s a scary tunnel the workers are so nice
I go to this location quite frequently and I love it. I give it less stars because I can’t reach management. The rules aren’t enforced here. I was at this location today and there was a person blasting their music. Nobody could hear themselves. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened. Hope this can be fixed soon.
