a month agoHaving to get 20 tokens wasn’t that great, as I planned to use half that…. I arrived a little after 6 and, even though they post that there’s someone there until sundown, there was no one to be found to help. I was in the second bay in on the left (west) and I put in 3 tokens to start. It read one of them, leaving the other two in coin limbo. I used my car key to dislodge them and one was ejected While the other was read. I rolled the third coin in- the timer starts – and I try to deposit 2 more tokens, which promptly get stuck. More key-work, which only freed one, timer is down almost one ‘of my 3 minutes… so the entire wash became quick returns to the box every 40 seconds or so to see how many tokens the machine Would actually accept. It took all 20 and read – at most – half . I got ten minutes because that’s all the machine recognized. The other 10 (could be more as the wash seemed very brief) are hidden in their box. NOTICE THERE’S NO CONTACT INFORMATION readily accessible at their location nor here, where it should be required. I’ll come back tomorrow and explain, if there’s anyone here, and I’m sure we all know what that will get me. If you are stupid enough to use this place, like I was, at least make them buy you Dinner first… what a scam!6 months agoCame in to get my car washed through the automatic one. I was confused because there was a metal cover over the atm part and when I asked the worker there he was rude and acted like I was supposed to just know that it wasn’t closed and I just had to lift it up, he didn’t really talk much just made me assume what was going on, I got the $14 platinum package and all it did was rinse my car off and put soap and half a$$ dry it, the scrubbers didn’t even touch my car, so my car was still dirty after.5 months agoI love to get my car washed here. She has amazing customer service and is super detail oriented. I don’t think I’ve had the interior of my car looked so clean since the day I bought it. Scott is customer service oriented as well. Yeah I’m sure mistakes happen from time to time, but the workers at the car wash are some of the hardest working people. I got my car detailed and my car was disgusting when I brought it. They did such a good job. My car hasn’t looked this clean in years. They did a super detailed job. I highly recommend coming here. This is my favorite car wash in town. It’s so hot out here and they are cleaning car after car. They are all super nice and friendly.4 months agoThey were all very nice and normally I’m very pleased, but they completely forgot to vacuum our trunk, left actual dirt on the trunk handle, and parts of the inside detailing were left with standing water in them. We bought the most expensive package and it was $57.99. For that price nothing should have been left out

We love their oil change service. Took the car to get detailed there and these are photos from after we got it done. Not only that, this is after I already asked them to actually clean the windows and do a bit more on the inside. We left the car there for the initial time. I stood around while they redid some and we still had to go home and vacuum. I definitely wouldn’t do the “detail” service again.
This review is for the car wash. I have to say this was one of the most disappointing car wash/detailing experiences I’ve had. The staff was very friendly so two stars for that. I brought my car in vs cleaning myself bc there was a ton of dog hair, sand, and randomness from me traveling. It was way more expensive than I’ve paid at other full service car washes but I was like, oh well it’ll be worth it. 75.00 to detail the inside. It took about an hour maybe a little more. And when I got in I realized my floor mats were missing so I went back and they had them and helped me put them back in, no big deal. But then I’m noticing that there’s still a ton of stuff under the drivers seat. I can understand still having some dog hair, but this was just like they just missed the whole area. The dash/radio had a film over all of the shiny stuff, and there was still dust in the vent slats. I even tipped 20.00 when he handed me they keys before I saw the interior, definitely wanted to ask for that back afterwards. :-/ I can rationalize splurging that kind of money if the quality was good but, I definitely can’t recommend and won’t be back.
I can’t believe I haven’t wrote a review for this place yet! The level of friendliness and professionalism of their entire oil change team is ALWAYS incredible. I’ve never had a bad experience, have never felt pressured and have never left feeling like I need to go anywhere else for my oil change. I drive across town to visit them every time!

Had my wife stop by this Premier location to get her oil changed on 7/22/23 because I didn’t have time to get to it before we went out of town. Paid $95 for an oil change, whoever performed the work didn’t even reset the maintenance light and they also tried telling my wife her brake lights were out? Not a single bulb was out when she brought the car home. Not sure who she spoke with or dealt with, but all I can say is we will never go back to this location ever again. I also never leave bad reviews but this one I wanted to make sure to do so others can go elsewhere and avoid this place.
Been a very long time customer, found out they broke my air intake when prying out the air filter. Cost me 85 dollars for the part to be replaced. This time I went in and they were rude when I stated, just change the oil. Not one offer for a drink, not an offer to even top off fluids. Found a MUCH BETTER reliable, honest shop for the rest of the maintaince on all of my vehicles.
