a month agoPaid $36 for the platinum wash. Probably never again. I tipped before looking closely. Poor vacuum job, many areas of the interior were untouched and the exterior was not much better. I drove back and they ran it through a second time, cleaned up most of the spots they missed the first time. Some guy acted like he vacuumed for 10 seconds and acted like the wiped it down. Shouldn’t be surprised third time I have been here and same results. Yeah right only worse.4 years agoI thought the problem was each individual location but it seems to be systemic. I used to have no problems with the location on the West side now no matter what we do and which one we go to our car still ends up looking like this.Today we paid for full service to have the interior vacuumed and they missed the entire 3rd row. No attempt at the windows in the back.
We stopped using the monthly program because when you go through driving your car they don’t even try to wipe down the back of the car. I guess that is the case for full service.
I asked for a cloth to start wiping this down myself and just got more mad and gave up.

It’s quick, efficient. & entertaining.2 weeks agoI received a coupon for a free car wash at this Champion Xpress location and for that, thanks a lot, Champion! But I did notice how tight the entrance is to get into the car wash. If you drive a lifted truck with bigger tires – good luck getting in without curb-checking your truck. This was a free car wash (valued at $20), but it did a mediocre job of washing my 2WD Nissan. There’s an attendant who will guide you into the car wash and briefly scrub parts of your vehicle down, but it’s nothing major. I’m sure it’s a redundant and thankless job, but if you’re going to do it, do it well. Thanks or the free car wash, Champion Xpress, but I want to make sure drivers with lifted vehicles are aware of your layout.a month agoGreat car wash. They have great staff ready to make sure your vehicle looks good after coming out. The place is fairly new and it is always clean. Easy accessible and quick in and out wash if needed.in the last weekThey use a lot of soap and wax but not enough water to wash it off. And definitely not enough water to rinse off the dirt it makes no sense to put wax over dirt this is actually damaging to finish. I have gone there many times and it’s always the same results so I cancel my membership.3 months agoLove this carwash! Cleans my vehicle extremely well. The staff are always courteous and helpful. I love the vacuum area. It is always clean. It is a nice benefit to have clean towels to wipe down your vehicle with and place them in the dirty bin when done.

Always a great place to get a car wash . No waste of time. Get the monthly pass and in and out you go. The vacuum always work great. I have never had a bad experience when I go there. If I could I would give 10 stars.
The machine does not do a good job. Also, there are little to no instructions on what to do once you are inside the car washing tunnel and I messed up at every step. Paid $17 and ta few Parts of the car remained just as dirty as before the car wash.
My car is low to the ground and the brushes never quite get the trim strip below the doors.
The last 2 times when I was paying I asked the attendant to pay special attention to these areas and pre-spray. In both cases they assured me they would. I tipped well – in advance since that’s the only way, in hopes that might inspire some additional attention.
In both cases, when I went through the pre-spray attendant (same person both times) looked at me with contempt and waived the wand in the general direction of the car. She never sprayed the area below the doors.
Of course it did not get clean.
I am disappointed that the wash doesn’t reach this part of my car, but am most disappointed in the attitude and lack of follow-through by the attendants.
I share this so you can be aware.
THIS CAR WASH WILL CAUSE MAJOR DAMAGE TO YOUR CAR. BEWARE. About a month or so ago my husband was running his truck though this car wash and it ripped this running board right off the truck. After going back and forth with mister car wash for several days the Managers refused to pay for the damage ($700+ worth), and even threatened that we may be responsible for the car behind us damage who ran over the running board. When it happened, the attendant came over, saw what happened AND STILL LET THE CARS GO THROUGH. They claim because it was an ‘electric’ running board, they are not responsible. The running boards only lower when the doors are open, obviously no door was open in the middle of a car wash?! Save yourself the time, stress and money of leaving with a damaged car and don’t ever go here.
Terrible laundry, it doesn’t even foam, the machines hit my side mirrors from one side to the other like they were piñatas. In addition, vacuum cleaners are useless, they do not collect dirt because they have no attractive force, it is not worth paying the month.
