8 months agoFor the price, it was an ok experience. It was my first time there and the workers don’t talk to you much or walk you through the process which made me feel really awkward and uncomfortable. Car wash was great and they cleaned my tire rims nicely. But this is not the place to get your car detailed. I got the interior detail package for $90 and I felt like it was a hurry up mess up job. My carpets had multiple types of spills and stains and they got a good amount of it out. But they missed a lot of spots that should have not been missed. As you can see in the pictures a took immediately after they “cleaned”. I would have expected a better detailing job for the price I paid. I was disappointed. I’m glad I tried it out but I will not be going back to this place and I would not recommend this place to friends or family.a month agoI remember Carnett before Mr. Clean took over. They were way more thorough and with their full service package you received a high quality cleaning. I have a 2020 Audi Q7 in which all of the interior hard surfaces were not cleaned. I didn’t do a thorough inspection after receiving my car but I should have done so and taken pics of the dirt left behind so I can post it here like some. Basically I paid for their full service clean, over a $300 value and only received a wash/wax and steam cleaned the carpet. I believe they’re more interested in turning over cars to make a profit than focusing on doing a good job. I won’t be back to this location or probably any other Mr. Clean.4 months agoThe location is convenient. Everyone is welcoming, pleasant, and professional. However, the interior cleaning is not exceptional. I can do a much better cleaning myself and save the cost. This was my 3rd visit with my car, and I took my daughters car once, and she returned yesterday 7/1/23. Same unacceptable service. Car mats are not completely cleaned, interior dash, door panels, etc. not completely cleaned. Not worth, time, cost, or the tip.2 months agoWhen I say absolutely great service. It was superb. The lead mechanic pardon that I do not recall his name, he diagnosed my issue and took care of it. As soon as I drov the vehicle, I felt the difference. He deserves a bonus for his wealth of knowledge. Thank you so much.3 weeks agoI got the car wash with my oil change. My tires are still dirty. Admittedly, the truck was a mess after a long trip usually the machine gets the tires. Didn’t have the time to complain.

in the last weekIt’s $11 for the basic wash and that doesn’t even include tire shine. Plus the machine did a terrible job of cleaning my tires and left them dirty. Then you get to the vacuum area and half the hoses are disconnected and on the floor, there are no clean cleaning cloths available and everything is a mess. The staff is so friendly, I am a member here now because of how well they take care of their customers. When it happened the employee acknowledged it was the wash’s fault, it was escalated to the DM and I was told my rack would be replaced no questions. I filled out the incident report and provided the replacement information to them weeks ago and continue to call only to be told the manager is not there. Beware, I would never return here.a week agoLately every time I come here something is broken. Today it was initially the car wash, but most of the vacuums are down and they have no towels. I went to ask the guy about the towels and instead of being caring and understand he snapped at me saying they only have two people and when I have to run a car wash like that I can come back to him. Really rude customer service.a month agoI really liked how the two guys working actually took their time scrubbing and prepping my car before I even went through the actual wash. Plenty of towels. They offer interior cleaner as well as glass cleaner. The vacuums were working very well and my car was nice and shiny when I left!

Honestly, not a great experience. I’m not sure what happened since the last time I was here, but the conditions were super gross. The car wash left my windows dirtier than when I came in. All the cloths for wipes down windows and such were wet. It appears that this place has poor wastewater management which is awful for the environment. There was trash all over the ground and they don’t use trash bags so the whole place smelled like garbage due to the mold growth on their trash bins. The vacuums had super low power as well.
Branden was very helpful and friendly. My tires didn’t get fully covered in the sine stuff. he was super helpful and offered to put some on for me. He has Great costumer service! I definitely Will be coming to this car wash more often in the future. Can’t wait to see more people like Branden working there!
Very fast and friendly service. The employees are very thorough. The monthly service is an unbelievable value. Free vacuum after your wash. Love the location. I can leave church and go to Tidal Wave ,wash my car and eat lunch all in the same parking lot. Great value. Even if the lines are kinda long, the service is swift and thorough.
I’ve been bringing my car up there for months and I finally join the club to keep my car nice and clean the person at the front that was directing me into the car wash was very professional and very nice. You have a staff is definitely get from 1 to 10. I would definitely give him a 10+
I have been coming to this car wash for almost two years and I have never been treated as disrespectfully as today. A dark-skinned man with a beard and dark glasses yelled at me contemptuously and told me that if I wanted to leave, I should do so and that I didn’t have to come back. This is no way to treat customers. super rude and aggressive the way he yelled at me
