2 months agoI went here cause it was the closest to the hotel I’m staying at. I traveled from Idaho all the way down to salt lake, so my car was covered in bugs. They let me go through twice and they scrubbed the bugs off of my car and did a really great job! I seriously appreciate what they did! They also have great prices! So if you live in the area I would recommend getting their monthly plan and getting your car washed there!2 months agoThis place has the FRIENDLIEST staff!! . My battery died while i was cleaning my car 😭 Michael and Cheyenne were so nice… No questions asked, Michael pulled his car up and jumped my battery and casually said, “this is what we’re here for!” Seriously it’s little BIG things like that that mean the whole world. Best car wash ever. Thank you guys ❤️❤️2 months agoThis car wash was amazing. My car was absolutely disgusting and honestly I wondered if a car wash would get everything off. The assistant manager Michael set me up with a good wash and my car looks amazing. I will definitely be coming here again. Customer service was also a 10/10. Also the cleanliness of the establishment was great.2 weeks agoYo my boy Michael and Oliver really holding it down when it comes to the car wash business!!! Today I went by for a wash and I have to say they are the most dedicated employees I have seen at this location in a while, from the greeting to the wash to the complimentary towels and spray bottles these guys are making it happen!! 2 months agoThe great reviews convinced me to drive out of my way to this car wash. I was pretty bummed that my car didn’t get super clean – there was dirty water that dried all over the back of my car (like in the photo). Additionally, the website says there are free vacuums and interior cleaning products but there was no obvious way to access them (there were bays for cars after the wash but it looked like it was for their “full service” detailing) like other car washes have vacuums very visible. I don’t plan to come back.5 months agoLuis and the rest of the team at Take 5 take great care of me and my fleet of 3 Jeep Wranglers that I rent on Turo! Great worker & human!5 months agoI have used many car washes in the valley over the last 5 years living in SLC and had the worst experience on 4/20/23. I drove my SUV through the car wash and it tore the bike/snowboard rack off my car and left large scratches on the left & right side as you can see in the photos. It also tore out the left & right black plastic liner on the roof, breaking the pieces. They recovered one portion of the rack but the second half was not returned to me so I now have one broken crossbar, half a snowboard rack and a damaged vehicle. I filled out an incident report on the 22nd and have not heard anything from the corporate office. I was able to view the security footage and it shows the rack being pulled off by the machine. The rack has been on the vehicle the entire time I have owned it and never had any issues with a car wash. The person I spoke with at the pay-here kiosk did not say anything about the rack being a potential issue or I would have removed it prior to going through or simply hand washed it.

I have been going to this place for years. I slipped by because I just needed to use the free vacuum. The vacuums are not free however as advertised but you have to purchase a car wash which makes them included and not free. We have a new car wash that just opened on 2100 s. I’ll bump you back up to five stars when you either change your sign or start actually offering free vacuums.
Almost $30 for a fully automated car wash. AND THEN YOU WANT A TIP!?!? That is ridiculous. I asked what am I tipping for? The response I got was “we take turns cleaning the vacuums”. You guys “take turns” doing your jobs for general upkeep, and you have the audacity to ask for a tip. Unreal.
Awesome car wash! The staff is always upbeat smiling and friendly. The free vacuums are clutch for getting up dog fur and dirt. And doesn’t love driving through a car wash haha
Car wash sucks. Doesnt offer rags , window or interior cleaner. The vacuums suck and don’t work properly. Vacuum handles are so big and hard to hold. You can’t even clean properly with such big handle. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
The the QR scanner never seems to read my pre-purchased wash. But the staff are super friendly and after not getting it to work after a few attempts(and showing the email and text confirmation) they just send me through.
The vacuums are usually working well and readily available.
