3 weeks agoQuick note they do not take cash anymore, I was greeted and asked if I needed help and was really appreciative! The only downside is nobody wiped down my windows and windshield like they do at other locations. Maybe they don’t do that anymore. That was disappointing because there were lots of spots.3 weeks agoWorst wash ever. $12 and I had to go get it washed the next day somewhere else. Left spots all over truck. They got me going through the car wash and everything was going fine. Until I got the end and the garage door at the end of the car wash was closed. My car crashed into the door and and I had to honk my horn for a good 5 minutes for someone to come out and help me. No damage was done to my vehicle but that garage door has a dent it won’t forget from my car moving at a slow speed. Vacuums are great, trash cans right next to them.

a week agoGot a basic carwash and ended up being billed for $45 monthly premium service on my credit card. ZIPs refused to refund the fees. He’s always working hard with a smile on his face to give you the best service possible whether he’s helping at the pay station, scrubbing down the car before you enter the wash, or drying.. The male employee who met me when I pulled up was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained how the process worked. Promised if my truck was not clean for me to come right back through.. I pulled into the bay area, and the employee, when he hosed down my truck, spayed it down. It was almost clean by that when he was through. Took my sister to get her truck washed , she lives out of town, and the guy that was at the front when you drive in to charge you was very professional and very polite! We drove in and waited for the attendee to motion us in. This guy was amazing ! He actually sprayed the truck down and then washed the windshield and the back window. Everytime I have gone there they never do that! Then there was an issue with one of those big washer wheels and the attendee explained to us that it would be just a few minutes! The customer service was excellent!
Paid $25 to wash my car with dirty water. Super cool. Soap wasn’t even rinsed off the back end. Had to go to another car wash just to do the job right. Paid for tire shine and the dirt wasn’t even rinsed out so I 100% believe that no matter how much you pay for the “premium package” they just spray your car with dirty hose water and poorly maintained equipment. If I could give it less than 1 I would because it’s not even the first time it’s happened. I thought it was a fluke when I came here months ago with the same issue. Don’t be like me. Don’t waste your money. Don’t use Zips
Should’ve paid $9 instead of $18 since the girl working “pre-wash” only did one half of the vehicle and looked like she wanted to be anywhere else in the world. I get being tired or having a hard day but if you’re working and customers are kind and smiling at you the least you can do is literally your job, maybe even with a smile on your face.
They are charging us 45$ 3 times for a total of 135$ monthly for membership on 1 car when all we wanted was 1 single use car wash. There was an attendant at the drive through that ran my husbands card multiple times saying that it wasn’t working so then tried my card and said it still didn’t work. We checked our statements and it turns out they signed up my husband for 2 memberships and me for 1. We spoke to a manager that said if we didn’t have our receipt from the first visit showing it was for a single use car wash that we have no proof. We didn’t get a receipt because we were told that our cards didn’t go through. We do have our credit card statements that show the multiple charges. The employees at this location have been dishonest with us and have charged our credit cards without authorization. We have attempted to cancel these memberships that we didn’t want in the first place and have requested refund. I will update later with the results.

18 bucks to come out just as dirty.
Never again.
Despite the reply of the owner I seriously doubt after reading so many bad reviews experiencing the same mud wash I received that these people will ever make it better.
Don’t waste your time or money.
