5 months agoJust hand wash your car at home. I came here on 5/6/23 at approximately 3:50 pm and got a $15 wash and a receipt for a free wash. Just know I had to immediately use the free wash after my initial wash. I asked for a bug brush and they didn’t have one. They say they had to order another one so I’m guessing they only had one. The customer service was like people who just showed up because they had to be there. The pictures are after two washes! I just feel like I threw away $15. Had to go home and finish washing my car. Never again!2 months agoNo line… No other customers there. I pulled up and was greeted by a person at the credit card reader… Spend $22 after tax. Drove through it and my vehicle had a fresh wash. After paying for it I was given a code for a free wash within the next few days. I will absolutely be using the code and this location again. It’s 100+ degrees out for almost a week now. I am definitely not doing to be washing my vehicle any other way until that changes.2 months agoConvenient location to my home. Courteous employees, I like they have towels and glass cleaner available for customer use. My only issue is the card reader doesn’t always work so I have to wait for an employee to help but that’s a minor issue overall4 months agoI’ve NEVER seen or been to a carwash like this. There’s barely any water or soap in the prewash. Just moving along with nothing happening. It didn’t even clean my car.a month agoThis used to be the best carwash in town. Now it is just okay. Unfortunately the Express carwashes have damaged my car in the past, so I will always return to Zips. Just wish they’d get their stuff repaired and be consistent with it.

3 months agoThe car was clean, towels were available and clean looking facility. Vacuum cleaners were hit or miss for finding one that worked. Splashed, I think, water on the windshield but no scrubbing. A quick scrub to rear window…in the last weekThere are some great guys working out there they went over and beyond to help me get my debit card working, cleaned my mats while i went thru the wash, and removed everything off the bed of my truckI will always use this car wash! Overall Rate +10 Exceptional job guys!a month agoRocketfast is so convenient. There’s a bug wash station at the entrance and with the subscription you just pull thru once the gate goes up. The vacuums are good, not excellent. Also the hose attachments tend to be semi sharp and rough on the seats, but I just check first. There are also compressed air hoses at the vacuums to blast dirt and dust out of small or awkward spaces. The wash itself works pretty well, but about 50% of the time it smells like an old mop head while going through. I think they have some towels there, but I bring my own so I’m not certain.4 months agoBetter car wash than the other ones that have multiple locations in Shreveport. The attendants scrub the front and back of the car so it actually gets clean. Other places do not do that so you end up with dirt on the back even after going through.a month agoLove this place but they are dishonest. Got fastpass had it for about a month now but on the 24th of August, I went threw wash and unfortunately the bristles or something caught my rear wiper and pretty much tore it off, I usually vacuum but in a rush so when I got home noticed the damage made report, insurance guy called said “he couldn’t find the footage and exc- basically told me I’m lying and i no proof to prove.

The staff were exceptional. My complaint is that over half of the vacuum stations are not working and it’s been like this for a very long time. When is this going to be addressed? On a nice day we have to wait for a functioning vacuum. I have considered canceling my service for this reason.
The staff are super friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The car wash is frequently out of service and only a few vacuum cleaners are typically in working order. When everything is working, it does a fabulous job.
If the scanner would work it would be cool.. Every time I pull up, they have to come out and enter info in manually 😂🤣.. I don’t get mad. I only paid $10 for a month of washes.. Two washes a week… that’s 8 washes a month… who am I to complain… Thanks.. The washes are not A1 but they are what to be expected from an outdated drive thru carwash… The staff is amazing and down to earth… Keep up the great work ladies and guys…
Staff is always very friendly. Quick to get through this car wash. Sometimes I wish that the soap dispensing or the blow drying was a little bit more but my car still gets clean and that’s the main thing thank you so much.
The car wash was excellent. The vacuum area needs work. Stalls have brick everywhere, most of the vacuums do not work, and the one that did, did not vacuum dirt.
