4 months agoReviewing their detailing services: It was easy to schedule and I got the suv back the same day. The car was super clean, it had lots of dirt, dust, and crumbs when we brought it in. Flash Car Wash did their thing! Customer service was good. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of work. I’ll be back to bring our other car in.a month agoThe car wash sucks again I have a flash pass I go through it almost everyday for the last month my tailgate has been discussed then. Plus they waxer vehicle and then triple foaming again before the ceramic car top has Degreaser in it that’s just stupid to wax it then degrease it it takes the wax right back off. Biggest complaint is the not cleaning of the vehicle. Sorry I don’t have a photo I cleaned it myself. But next month I’ll be back to Golden nozzle in Springfield this is a picture of the truck I like to keep it clean it’s 20 years old4 months agoEDIT: after posting this review I was immediately contacted by management and they were very kind and apologetic, offering to fix the issue at no cost. Updating review to 4 stars.Paid $259 for a full inside/outside detail. The inside of my dash has these streaks, clearly they rushed and didn’t clean it properly. The soap has dried and it’s now hard to see the speedometer. I called and emailed multiple times and never got a response. Now I’ll have to figure out how to take apart my dash and clean it myself. Definitely would not recommend wasting your money here.
a week agoCar wash does a good job but is a bit rough on the paint of my older car. Two stars because I bought the monthly pass and the machine read my plate wrong most of the time, making me have to wait for someone to help… And because when I tried to cancel, their website refused to process it. Contacted them twice, once through the contact form and once directly and they still haven’t canceled it. Pretty annoyed.6 months agoI’ve been a member since I bought my Toyota Highlander in 2019. The service is always excellent. The SUV always comes out clean. Have had my SUV detailed and I’m always astonished at how clean it comes out. Totally worth the price. That hard to vacuum dog hair is never a problem for the detailing team. Also, the free vacuums are certainly a plus. I especially appreciate how clean they have been keeping the area. Definitely recommend.

3 months agoIt was my first time using Personal Touch Express services. When I was reading the instructions at the entrance, a person working there approached me to find out if I needed help. He helped throughout. My car loved the service. It looked so cute 😍a month agoWas phenomenal at one point but now the workers inside act as if they don’t have to spray you’re down prior or even scrubbing the back where the wash doesn’t catch properly. Its not the place its always management and workers that bring places down work on that.4 months agoThey get 5 stars just for the staff alone. cool dude. And he gets it. Props man.2 months agoMy husband and I went here to get a major car wash. We were unable to get past the gate where you pay. The computer system froze and after a few attempts, we disgustedly backed our car out of that hot mess of a place and never looked back.Don’t waste your time!

It’s Monday October 11th 2021 my significant other and I had to come get the car washed and get it vacummed after it hasn’t been vacuumed in some time. And we got to this Balise today and just discovered the newly installed vacuumes and WOW what a difference. Before there were maybe 12 to 15 of them now there’s a huge amount they installed. And what’s also awesome is that there’s also car mat holders. Those metal things are for your car mats so they’re easier to clean and once they’re hooked they stay in place. Absolutely amazing experience. And the suction of the new hoses work AWESOME. TONS of suction and way better than the old ones. Worth the time to come and get your car vacuumed.
At the beginning the car wash was really awesome, good amount of water removing the soap and debris out of difficult spots, also getting the hot wax that I’m paying for, but for the last couple of weeks on the Columbus location I’m not getting the pressure washing, the 2 small spinning brush are not working also the hot wax is missing. For around 2 months, I’m paying $34.99 for soap and vacuum to remove the soap. Just the tires and the wheel came out really nice. About a week I went into the office and they told me that they actually have a technician that came from Florida to fix the car wash. I’m thinking of canceling my subscription until this gets fix. SONATA 2022.
I switched from a Car Wash to this one and at first I was in love. Then I noticed that every time I came out the car wash each side of my front license plate was bent up. Now I can’t go through it because if I continue to go I will lose the first number on my license plate. My car comes out very clean this is the only complaint that I have. Now I have to cancel my pass and go somewhere else.
We paid 39$ for both interior and exterior cleaning for my Sienna van and it was done very well! We were moving wood and dirt in the car so overtime it got dirty but they cleaned it up super well in around 30 minutes! I totally recommend. Great work for a great price!
