a week agoDecent place to wash your car. Vacuums usually work good. Was $3 last year for the cheapest was and now it’s $54 months agoI went thru the wash on 06/05/2023 and bought a $10.00 wash. It didn’t even clean the bugs off of my windshield. I went back thru to get washed again and the 2 African American gentleman working was rude and disrespectful about the whole incident. They said that’s what the bug station was for, & I needed to use it. I told them that I only have one leg & that is not feasible for me to do that, & that is why I chose to come too this car wash. They proceeded to tell me they did not know what to tell me and that they wasn’t giving me a wash until I demanded to talk to the manager or get the customer service phone number which they did not supply me with so I got online found this website and tried to make contact. One of the gentlemen then came back and said he had spoke with the owner and that they were supposed to clean my windows and then run me back through the wash which happened but I should have never had to go through that when I told the gentleman that I had one leg they should have just rewashed my truck without any problems. I used to be a club wash member at your establishments but you can be rest assured I will not be back ever.4 months agoIt was my 1st time going to an automatic car wash, and I accidentally put my car in park and not neutral. They definitely need to do some upgrades on their washing equipment. Car doesn’t come out clean every time. Their kiosks that you put your money in also mess up quite frequently.2 years agoHands down the best $3 car wash I have ever used. Rows of super suction vacuums and blowers that remove every drop of water from your vehicle. I can’t image how great the $13 wash is.

2 months agoI actually love the wash and vacuums itself along with the staff that scrubs all the bugs off the front of my van. The only complaint I have is that they offer $9.99 for your first month but charged $19.99a month agoWe went to that location on sunshine and Kansas. We had fantastic experience at the north side was dirt still on the car told the lady acted as she couldn’t care less . So FYI our business will be at the kerny and Kansas only they seem to care more don’t real like to say things like that but maybe they need to .so maybe get people who cares like the Northside. But when I came, I was extremely happy with the service from the employees. They took care of me extremely well, even with just the cheapest car wash. The maintenance is done to keep the equipment working like new. My truck hasn’t been this well vacuumed in a long time.10 months agoHad a great experience here. The $8.00 wash isn’t bad for the price. The staff was super friendly and helped me clean the bed of my truck. Vacuums are free (with the wash) and work great. There’s a reason these are popping up everywhere, they’re awesome.

Customer service wasn’t the worst I’ve ever experienced. Nobody was rude, there just wasn’t anyone to help me. I got the top wash I could pay for and the dust on the front bumper of my truck wasn’t even removed. It is not a lifted vehicle. 2022 Tacoma. There are still bugs on my headlights and windshield, as well as the side windows. I do not expect the same results as when I hand wash the truck, but taking a majority of the bugs off the grill would be nice. I am currently hand washing the truck after paying for it to be washed at the Sunshine location. Not a huge deal. It was also frustrating that the vacuums weren’t on when I tried to use them after a wash. If I am mistaken and the vacuums are supposed to be turned off at a certain time before they close I will admit I am mistaken; however, nobody was around to answer my question of if the vacuums were on or not. Which was frustrating at the time. They weren’t rude and they didn’t damage my vehicle, they just ignored me and didn’t really clean it. In my opinion not worth the money unless you need an undercarriage wash. I wouldn’t call this place awful, I just wouldn’t recommend this place to a friend based on customer service or the final product.
The towels were out. So i informed the staff who was cleaning their vaccums and politely asked for a refill. He told me that they are out of stock of towels and i can check on the other side. Decided to let it go and believed him. Just did vaccum instead. When i was done. He came with towels. I felt ignored, dismissed and even lied. His gesture made me think of renewing blue iguana subscription.
Maybe I like having a membership there are the vacuums and the compressed air nice the free towels and window cleaner. They do a good job and always smiling friendly people. It’s easy it’s never too busy in and out getting it done and my son loves having fun washing the car. It’s not even a tour him. Hard to get him to get him to want to leave. It’s just so crazy.
I was at the East sunshine Springfield Missouri location yesterday and Zachary helped me! It was a no-brainer $10 wash unlimited for a month! But I will say this every time I’ve been there he has been absolutely 100% customer driven!
I am a mother and grandmother and this young man has what it takes to run a business very personable!
This is my location I’ll always come back as long as he’s there and I get this type of service!

Nice people. But you have more than enough staff standing around that you can offer bug scrubbing. Also, the payment logistics are very confusing. Either fully automate it or make everyone give payment in the same spot. And the rest of the services are fine, but not great.
