a week agoHorrible job and I know some people have off nights but will never get a truck wash here again. And unlike other blue beacons they have hoses all over the floor, it looked u safe.a month agoI’m a fan of Blue Beacons across the states and I’m very appreciative of their hard work with keeping our trucks clean on a daily basis. I was happy with my trailer wash but the way I was handled by John was unacceptable.With that being said, I ran into a slight issue here due to my trailer reeking of ammonia and some maggots. I didn’t want to bring it in this condition but I had no choice; 🤷🏾♀️I needed a clean trailer.
Before arriving, I called and spoke with John and let him know the condition. We agreed that if it was too bad, I’d let the trailer air out and come back. This was done for 2 hours at another location and I came back. John was a little apprehensive when it came to washing my trailer, which hey I get it; it was gross. But as a trucker, trailers are the money maker. So it had to be clean. Heck, if I had the proper equipment, I would’ve done it. And both his manager and I said if the trailer is too strong to clean out, get out. When I came back, his manager and I both smelled the trailer and the ammonia smell was gone, it just smelled horrible from the raw products that had been in it. But John just seemed to give me a hassle about the trailer, even though he didn’t even get inside and clean it.
Even with the information being put in for my receipt, he gave me a hard time. Usually at Blue Beacon, I just put EMPTY RUN for a the PO when I am transferring an empty from one plant to another but he insisted that the system wouldn’t allow it, only for him to get impatient with me waiting on dispatch to answer and tell me it was allowed.
All in all, I can tell he’s a good leader but everyone can use a tune up to be a better leader. I’m aware my trailer was a nasty job but I’ve seen other Blue Beacons clean nastier jobs with no hesitation. Extra fees if necessary (frozen blood, rotten potatoes with maggots, etc.) but no hassle.
2 years agoVery popular place to get a truck cleaned. The line is always long but wait is worth it. We waited almost 2 hours to get cleaned. No way out of the line once you are in. We had the classic wash in truck and trailer, motor cleaned and the citrus shine put on. Very friendly, professional staff only thing they didn’t offer like most other Blue Beacons was a veterans discount. All in all we are pretty happy with it. $84 This place was conveniently located between a TA Truck Stop and a Pilot.a year agoThey got it clean! Running flatbed can get to be nasty at times but they got it cleaned up pretty good. The line was around the building probably about 12 deep and I was out in less than 2 hours so not bad!3 months agoJust had my truck and trailer washed here the color is white so you can see all the dirt.They were courteous and professional.They did a really good job.

The employees are always so nice. The car wash always gets my car sparkling clean. I like that they have free towels to use to dry and polish your car. The vacuums always have good pressure.4 months agoA great and inexpensive car wash. Can do a monthly membership and wash daily if you prefer. The interior floor mat cleaning machines all work unlike some other car washes in the area like Marc-1. Friendly employees always willing to help you out when possible.a month agoBe careful. This car wash will take your card information and fraudulently charge your card as if you’ve signed up for some kind of membership. Their phones are additionally undergoing some kind of “service” so that you cannot speak to anyone and you get routed through their ridiculous chat bot on the website.a week agoJustin!! was great i ended purchasing the $40.99 unlimited plan he talked me into it and let me know that I would come out cheaper joining the club. I come through at least 4 times a month so why not🤣😎

For a 20$ car wash I was not impressed. My truck was not real dirty and I still had dirt on the tail gate and the tire shine was only applied to about 50% of any tire. Not saying I won’t go back but my recommendation would be to buy a cheap car wash because there seems to be little difference.
Vacuums not working.
I pay for tire shine and none gets applied. The quality on down since new owner.
This was the best car wash experience I’ve had in a while! The workers were very nice and took the time to answer my questions about the wash options. I will definitely be back through again soon!
This staff is extremely helpful. Multiple workers came out of their way to help me or ask if I need help, I really enjoyed my experience here – not to mention my car was gleaming when I left!
