4 months agoI like this car wash. If I don’t have cash for a tip I go somewhere else, but I prefer this car wash. I get a really clean car and that personal touch of someone taking pre and post care of my car.5 months agoI’ve use his car wash for years. The service and personnel has gone down hill to a point where I won’t go back anymore. Today was just my breaking point for this car wash. My car still dirty. No one’s even there like used to be to make sure that the vehicle is clean and customer is satisfied. If I could write this car wash is a zero I would do so.5 months agoBeware of vehicle damage!! Took my truck through the other day, and the brushes snapped off my antenna! They need to adjust the settings. Also, I appreciate the tire service at the end however, all it does is spray whatever fluid they use up onto the side of your vehicle, so your left with greasy oil spots all over your doors and side view mirrors.3 months agoThe staff never smiles! 😃 … Until you get to the dry off staff. So, I make it my personal mission every time to get the pre-washers to smile or laugh 😃 It works sometimes, too! It’s so fun! 🚗 🪣🫧🧼🧽🚿6 months agoGreat service. I pay $10.00 for the basic and get more. No we’re else that I have been do they have people brushing off the bugs. You just pay $10.00 for the machine to try and do the job in other places.

a year agoNo difference in quality between basic $8 wash or best $14 wash. The more expensive one says wheel and tire cleaner/shine with Armoral. Left my tires and wheels completely filthy, window. were filthy after wash still. Wash completely missed several areas on my 99 Mustang. Waste of money, very dissatisfied!4 months agoI put about $15.00 in the self wash bay and didn’t have enough time to wash, rinse and spot-free rinse my car and I drive a Lexus ES300 and even tried to wash the mats but not enough time, then when I was vacuuming my car that machine turned off it was like I got 2 minutes for $1…they really need to think about giving people a decent amount of time for the amount of money they spend at places like this.7 months agoI have went through this car wash plenty of times before and the automatic car wash caused water damage and ruined my paint. I spoke to representative Dixie Withrow and he sent me to Northwest Auto body and I thought that was his way of saying they would fix the damage the car wash caused but no that was their way of getting out of paying it. They sent me to a biased auto body shop that is most likely paid off by the car wash. So now they are saying the won’t pay for it because my car was repainted. (In the biased auto body’s opinion). I definitely do not recommend this place. It will cause damage to your car and they will give you the run around to avoid paying for the damage they cause. Oh and also I’d like to say when I went to Northwest auto body they were already aware of why I was there (they have had plenty of people go to them because they are being sent my classic auto wash due to damage caused by them).9 months agoBad service, the machines do not work and they leave the car with all the soap3 months agoDidn’t even dry the vehicle, left soap all over it. I tried to tip Christian and Oscar and was informed that they don’t accept tips. I sure hope they’re paid well. Very friendly guys.
I only gave 4 stars because my vehicle still had bugs on it after a recent road trip. Also, I prefer to have my car wiped down due to being disabled.
Best, best car wash ever!!! Friendly staff, always quality. They provide you with microfiber cloths to dry your car and have a machine that does car mat washing.
I have held a monthly membership at Splash since they opened their UG location. They always go above and beyond for their guests but this last visit was a little different. It was my first trip to the wash since my road trip to Idaho, I hit a patch of bugs that sounded like rain hitting my car! I have never seen a car so packed full of bugs in my life. I went in and the prewash dude scrubbed the hell out of my car. there’s not a chance in hell a regular wash would have touched my car and actually accomplished anything with the amount of corpses plastered to the front. But this guy (name unknown) put in the extra effort to make sure i left with a clean car. Life is busy and the last thing i wanted to do was go back through or make a second trip another day. I appreciate your hard work and I’ll surely be back!
Please consider pre-brushing windshields, at your 64th & Nob Hill location. My windshield never comes out clean like it does at your YVB location.
Great service and wash. Free vacuum and drying towels are a huge bonus. But lately you only have one entrance side open which slow things down
